Matthew Stumpf. Mr. Stumpf has served as our Chief Financial Officer since January 2024 and prior to that served as our Vice President of Finance and FP&A from July 2022 through December 2023 and as our Senior Director, FP&A from February 2020 through June 2022. Prior to joining us, Mr. Stumpf worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, an audit and assurance, consulting and tax services firm, from 2006 to 2020 in roles of increasing responsibility, including most recently as Transaction Services - Financial Due Diligence Director. He holds a B.A. in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Mr. Vivas has served as a member of our Board of Directors since August 2018. Mr. Vivas served as Chief Operating Officer at Humans, Inc., the developer of the Flip Shop social shopping app, from March 2024 to September 2025. From August 2017 to March 2024, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Curated, Inc. (Curated.com), an online outdoor sports retailer he co-founded. From March 2014 to April 2017, Mr. Vivas served as Head of Product, Talent Solutions at LinkedIn Corporation, a business and employment-oriented online service. He joined LinkedIn through its acquisition of Bright.com, an employment website company he co-founded and served as Chief Product Officer of from October 2011 to February 2014.

Mr. Webb has served as a member of our Board of Directors since April 2025. Mr. Webb is the Founder of Webb Investment Network, an early-stage venture capital firm he started in 2010. Mr. Webb served as the Chairman of the board of Liveops, Inc., a cloud-based call center, from 2008 to 2013 and was the Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2011. Previously, Mr. Webb was the Chief Operating Officer of eBay, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY), a global commerce and payments provider, from 2002 to 2006, and President of eBay Technologies from 1999 to 2002. Prior to joining eBay, Mr. Webb was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Gateway, Inc., a computer manufacturer, and Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Bay Networks, Inc., a computer networking products manufacturer. Mr. Webb currently serves on the board of directors of Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) and Visa Inc. (NYSE: V). Mr. Webb previously served as the Chairman of the board of directors at Yahoo! Inc. until 2017. Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University.

On April 2, 2026, the Board appointed Craig Billings as independent Chairperson of the Board , effective immediately. Mr. Billings has served as a member of our Board of Directors since December 2020 and as our Lead Independent Director since February 2021. Mr. Billings has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Wynn Resorts, Limited (NYSE: WYNN), a developer and operator of hotels and casinos, since February 2022. Prior to February 2022, Mr. Billings served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Wynn Resorts from March 2017 to January 2022 and as President from May 2019 to May 2021. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, a majority owned subsidiary of Wynn Resorts since August 2018. From December 2015 to January 2018, Mr. Billings served as Non-Executive Chairman of NYX Gaming Group Ltd., a developer of digital gaming systems which was acquired by Scientific Games Corporation in January 2018. Mr. Billings has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1999. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Chen has served as a member of our Board of Directors since August 2018. Mr. Chen previously served as AppLovin's President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2019 to December 2023. Prior to joining us, he served as the head of Technology, Media and Telecom at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (NYSE: KKR), an investment firm that manages multiple alternative asset classes, from 2007 to 2019, having previously worked for the firm from 1995 to 1997. He also currently serves on the board of directors of GoDaddy, Inc. (NYSE: GDDY), an online solutions provider, and Internet Brands Inc., an integrated digital media and software services company. Mr. Chen holds a B.S. in Economics (Finance) and a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Giovanni Ge, the Company's Chief Product and Engineering Officer, will be appointed Chief Technology Officer. Giovanni Ge is Chief Product and Engineering Officer at AppLovin. Giovanni is the founding engineer and leader of Axon, the company's AI-powered platform. He built its core recommendation engine and foundational infrastructure from the ground up, and today he leads Axon's evolution across its major components, including the ad exchange, recommendation systems, and product platform. Under his leadership, Axon has grown into a global-scale platform at the center of AppLovin's business. Earlier in his career, Giovanni conducted machine learning research at Meta, BlackRock, and Uber. He earned his PhD in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from the Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati (SISSA) and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Science and Technology of China.

Corina Cacovean, the Company's Deputy General Counsel, Privacy, Litigation & Regulatory, will be appointed Chief Legal Officer effective Aug 01 2026. Ms. Cacovean has served as the Company's Deputy General Counsel, Privacy, Litigation & Regulatory since September 2023 and has played key roles leading the privacy, litigation and regulatory teams since she joined AppLovin in connection with its acquisition of Machine Zone in 2020. The Company also announced today that Alyssa Harvey Dawson will not be standing for re-election at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Board thanks Ms. Harvey Dawson for her years of service as a director.

On November 3, 2023, the Company's board of directors appointed Dmitriy Dorosh, the Company's current Vice President, Controller as principal accounting officer. Mr. Dorosh, 38, has served as the Company's Vice President, Controller since September 2022. Mr. Dorosh previously served as the Company's Senior Director, Assistant Controller from January 2022 through August 2022 and Director of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting from November 2019 through December 2021. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dorosh worked at Facebook, Inc., a social media company, in Technical Accounting from October 2017 through October 2019, and at WageWorks, Inc., a benefits management services platform, as Director of Technical Accounting and Policy from May 2017 through October 2017. Mr. Dorosh began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, an audit and assurance, consulting and tax services firm, from 2007 to 2017, serving in roles of increasing responsibility, including most recently as a Transactions Services Director. He holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Fresno Pacific University.
