Jerome J. Rouquet has been Visteon's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2020 (after joining the Company as Senior Vice President, Finance in January 2020). Prior to that, he held leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Federal-Mogul, LLC (a global automotive supplier), including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2016 to September 2018, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from July 2010 to January 2016, and Finance Director from March 1999 to July 2010. Following the acquisition of Federal-Mogul by Tenneco, Inc., he most recently served as Senior Vice President Finance, Motorparts from October 2018 to December 2019. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Rouquet served in various roles at Imaje SA, from Logistics Manager to Financial Controller.

Brett D. Pynnonen has been Visteon's Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since December 2016. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Counsel since joining the Company in March 2016. Before joining Visteon, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, a global automotive supplier, from November 2007 to March 2016. Prior to that, he was General Counsel and Secretary of Covansys Corporation, a technology services company, and an attorney at the law firm of Butzel Long.

Robert R. Vallance has been Visteon's Senior Vice President, Product Lines, China and APAC Supplier Strategy since January 2025. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President of Global Customer Business Groups, New Technology Product Lines, and General Manager APAC Region since January 2022 and Senior Vice President, Customer Business Groups since December 2016. He also served as Vice President, Customer Business Groups upon rejoining the Company in July 2014. From February 2008 to June 2014, he served as Vice President, Electronics Business Group of Johnson Controls, Inc., an automotive supplier.

Kristin E. Trecker has been Visteon's Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer since joining the Company in May 2018. Before joining Visteon, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Integer Holdings Corp. (formerly Greatbatch, Inc.), a medical device contract development and manufacturer, from November 2015 to May 2017, and as Senior Vice President and CHRO of MTS Systems Corp., a global engineering firm, from February 2012 to October 2015. Prior to that Ms. Trecker spent 16 years with Lawson Software, Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility, ranging from Director of Compensation and Benefits to Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Mr. Scricco is the former Senior Vice President, Manufacturing, Logistics and Procurement of Avaya, Inc., a global business communications provider, a position he held from February 2007 until his retirement in October 2008. Prior to that he was Avaya's Senior Vice President, Global Services since March 2004. Prior to joining Avaya, Inc., Mr. Scricco was employed by Arrow Electronics as its Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2000, and as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2002. His first operating role was as a general manager for General Electric. Mr. Scricco began his career with the Boston Consulting Group in 1973. Mr. Scricco currently also serves on the boards of Ecobat, LLC and PAK Quality Foods Holdings, LLC, both privately held companies, and he served on the boards of Masonite International Corporation and Transportation Insight, LLC during the past five years.

Mr. Manzo is the founder and managing member of RJM, LLC, a provider of consulting services to troubled companies, a position he has held since 2005. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Manzo was a senior managing director of FTI Consulting, Inc., a global business advisory firm. He also serves on the board of directors of Bristow Group Inc., and within the last five years served on the board of directors of ADVANZ PHARMA Corp.

Mr. Treadwell is the former President and CEO of EP Management Corporation, formerly known as EaglePicher Corporation, a position he held from August 2006 to September 2011; and he served as their chief operating officer from June 2005 to July 2006. Prior to that, he served as Oxford Automotive's CEO from 2004 to 2005. In addition to Visteon, Mr. Treadwell currently serves on the board of New York Community Bank. During the past five years, Mr. Treadwell has also served on the board of directors of AGY, LLC, FairPoint Communications Inc., Revere Industries, Sungard Availability Services Capital, Inc., Tweddle LLC, U.S. Well Services, Inc. and WinCup LLC.

Mr. Kure is the former Chief Executive Officer of Renesas Electronics, a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions to the global automotive industry, a position he held from June 2016 until his retirement in June 2019. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President and then as Chief Operating Officer of Nidec, the world's largest electric motor company, from June 2013 to September 2015 and as the Chief Executive Officer of Calsonic Kansei, a large tier-1 supplier that is now part of Marelli, from June 2008 to March 2013. Mr. Kure also served on the board of Nippon Avionics Co., Ltd. during the past five years.

Mr. Jones is an attorney with Kim & Chang, a South Korea-based law firm, a position he has held since 1980. Mr. Jones serves as Chairman of the Board of Partners for Future Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Korea, both Korean non-profit foundations. He also serves on the board of SPC SAMLIP CO., LTD.

On June 16, 2026, the Board of Directors of Visteon Corporation approved the election of Mr. Gary D. Hicok to the Board effective July 1, 2026. Hicok is a seasoned semiconductor and systems executive with nearly 25 years of leadership experience at NVIDIA, where he served as Senior Vice President across multiple business units. Most notably, he led NVIDIA's Automotive business while helping advance technologies that power intelligent and increasingly autonomous vehicles. He also led the company's Mobile (Tegra) and PC core logic businesses and directed Xbox chip development programs. In addition, Hicok played a key role in developing foundational infrastructure for AI-driven platforms, robotics systems and real-time computing solutions. Prior to NVIDIA, Hicok held engineering and business leadership positions at Trident Microsystems, Cirrus Logic and VLSI Technology, where he worked on PC audio, 3D graphics and system-on-chip architectures. Earlier in his career, he developed custom processor systems for military flight simulators and led flight simulation integration programs supporting advanced helicopter platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, completed graduate coursework toward a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and is named on 40 U.S. patents.

Qais Sharif has been Visteon's Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas since November 2023. Prior to that he was, Vice President and General Manager of the Americas since December 2021, Vice President Displays Product Line since November 2019 and Vice President, Product Management Driver Information and Displays since joining the Company in August 2016. Prior to joining Visteon, Mr. Sharif was Vice President, Information Technology and Mobile USA Sales and Marketing at LG Display Company, an automotive supplier, and Global Vice President of Sales at TE Connectivity, a consumer electronics company.

Colleen E. Myers has been Visteon's Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2024. Prior to the appointment, she was Assistant Controller since May 2021 and Senior Manager, Reporting and Consolidations since joining the Company in June 2015. Prior to joining Visteon, she worked at Masco Corporation holding supervisory positions of increasing responsibility in financial reporting and internal audit. Ms. Myers is a certified public accountant.

Joao Paulo Ribeiro has been Visteon's Senior Vice President, Operation, Supply Chain, and Procurement since November 2021. Prior to that he was Vice President, Manufacturing and Supply Chain since March 2020, Vice President, Manufacturing Operations since March 2014, and Managing Director, European Operations from October 2010 to March 2014.
