Mr. Archer joined Target in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Target since 2014. With more than 30 years of experience in the specialty rental and hospitality industries, Mr. Archer is a proven leader with a strong track record in executive management. Mr. Archer began his career with GE Capital Modular Space and Resun Leasing, where he worked from 1994 to 2004. During this period, he primarily held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Sales. He later held Chief Operating Officer positions at other specialty rental and manufacturing companies.

Jason Vlacich serves as our Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, he is responsible for Target's accounting, business applications and tax functions. Mr. Vlacich joined Target in October 2018. He has over twenty years of experience in public accounting, hospitality accounting and finance. Prior to joining Target, he was the Chief Accounting Officer at Highgate Hotels, L.P., a third-party hotel management company, in their Irving, Texas corporate office from 2012, where he oversaw the company's corporate accounting department and global accounting services platform and led the company's domestic and European accounting expansion and centralization as well as implementation of global accounting systems. Prior to that, Mr. Vlacich was Senior Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP's Dallas, Texas office, from 2008 to 2012, where he serviced public and private companies across multiple industries with a heavy concentration in the hospitality industry. He also worked in the Hartford, Connecticut and Orlando, Florida offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP during his tenure with the firm. Mr. Vlacich has several years of additional industry experience with General Electric (GE Asset Management) and Siemens in financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and corporate accounting roles. Mr. Vlacich holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Bentley University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. On January 22, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company promoted Jason Vlacich, the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, effective as of January 23, 2024. Jason P. Vlacich, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, ceased serving as the Chief Accounting Officer but will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from January 12, 2026.

Troy C. Schrenk has served as Chief Commercial Officer since 2018 and has held the role of Senior Executive Vice President, Operations & Chief Commercial Officer since January 2024. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the Company's business and commercial operations, construction, business development, and government relations. Mr. Schrenk joined Target in 2012 as Senior Vice President. Mr. Schrenk has over twenty years of experience across modular manufacturing, specialty rentals, home building, and real estate development. He is a proven commercial leader with a demonstrated record of success in revenue growth and strategic growth management. Mr. Schrenk began his career at Centex Homes (NYSE: CTX), a Fortune 500 company, where he served from 2000 to 2005 in roles including Area Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He subsequently held similar commercial leadership positions at several other homebuilding, specialty rental, and manufacturing companies. Mr. Schrenk holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University and a bachelor's degree in sociology from George Fox University.

Heidi D. Lewis serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Company's legal, compliance, human resources, and corporate secretary functions. Ms. Lewis joined Target in January 2019. Ms. Lewis has over twenty-five years of legal experience spanning capital markets and securities, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, board advisement, corporate governance, and corporate law. Prior to joining Target, Ms. Lewis served as Corporate and Commercial Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: BRS) from July 2018 to January 2019, where she executed mergers and acquisitions, governance, capital markets, and other corporate transactions. Before that, Ms. Lewis was Vice President, Group General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Dynegy Inc. (NYSE: DYN) (now Vistra Energy Group (NYSE: VST)), from 2013 until June 2018. In this role, she led the company's corporate legal group, with responsibility for matters involving Securities and Exchange Commission and New York Stock Exchange regulations and requirements. Ms. Lewis originally joined Dynegy in 2006 as Corporate Counsel. Ms. Lewis began her legal career with King & Spalding LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Ms. Lewis holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center, a master's degree from Northern Illinois University, and a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.

Brendan Dowhaniuk serves as Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development. In this role, he is responsible for continuously refining the Company's key strategic priorities while driving inorganic growth through the creation, assessment, and management of a pipeline of business opportunities, including acquisitions, mergers, investments, and partnerships. Mr. Dowhaniuk joined Target in December 2024. Mr. Dowhaniuk has a diverse mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance background, with more than ten years of experience across the consumer, industrials, and energy sectors. Prior to joining Target, Mr. Dowhaniuk held senior mergers and acquisitions roles at Alimentation Couche-Tard (Circle K), Hoonigan, and Eastman Chemical Company. In these roles, he was responsible for driving acquisition activity and portfolio strategy, as well as executing multiple complex carve-out transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dowhaniuk worked in the oil and gas industry as part of the Portfolio Management and Acquisitions & Divestitures team at Cenovus Energy Inc., before joining Desjardins Capital Markets' Energy Investment Banking group. Mr. Dowhaniuk holds a master's degree from the University of Alberta and a bachelor's degree from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Robertson is a co-founder of TDR Capital, a London-based private equity firm with more than €8 billion of committed capital. As a founding partner of TDR Capital, Mr. Robertson has extensive experience serving on numerous company boards and participating in the firm's strategic investment decisions, including acquisitions, capitalizations, and monetizations. Prior to co-founding TDR Capital in 2002, Mr. Robertson served as Managing Partner at DB Capital Partners, where he helped build Deutsche Bank's European leveraged buyout business into a leading buyout firm in Europe. Earlier in his career, he spent one year as Managing Director of European Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch and nine years as Managing Director of European Leveraged Finance at Bankers Trust.

Ms. Patenaude is an accomplished real estate, housing policy, and disaster recovery expert with a four-decade record of achievement as an executive across government, the nonprofit sector, and private industry. Ms. Patenaude serves as an Independent Director of loanDepot, Inc., where she is Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Patenaude also serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity International and on the Board of Directors of the Bipartisan Policy Center. Ms. Patenaude is a Principal of Granite Housing Strategies, LLC, where she serves as a strategic advisor to clients engaged in real estate development, affordable housing, and disaster recovery management. She previously served as an Independent Director of CoreLogic, Inc. and was a member of the Audit, Compensation, and Strategic Planning and Acquisition Committees. Ms. Patenaude served as Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In her role as HUD's Chief Operating Officer, she managed the day-to-day operations of the cabinet-level agency, overseeing a $52 billion portfolio of federal housing and community development programs and approximately 7,000 employees. Prior to rejoining HUD, Ms. Patenaude served as President of the J. Ronald Terwilliger Foundation for Housing America's Families. She previously served as Director of Housing Policy for the Bipartisan Policy Center and as Executive Vice President of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), as well as Founding Executive Director of the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing. Earlier in her career, Ms. Patenaude served as Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development at HUD. Ms. Patenaude holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Anselm College and a Master of Science degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University.

Mr. Jimmerson currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of NorAm Drilling Company, which owns and operates rigs for the drilling of horizontal wells in the United States. Mr. Jimmerson joined NorAm Drilling Company in January 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining NorAm Drilling Company, he served at RigNet, Inc. from 2006 to June 2016, initially as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and subsequently as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President. RigNet, Inc. is a global technology company providing communications services, applications, real-time machine learning, and cybersecurity solutions. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Jimmerson served as Chief Financial Officer of River Oaks Imaging & Diagnostic, LP, a company providing full-modality technical diagnostic services using magnetic resonance imaging and other diagnostic equipment. Mr. Jimmerson holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Baylor University.

Ms. Medler has more than 20 years of experience managing cutting-edge cyber and technology strategies for highly regulated public and private financial institutions as well as within the highest levels of government. In 2014, Ms. Medler completed 30 years of total military service, including 27 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Brigadier General. Her last position held was Director of Capability and Resource Integration for the United States Cyber Command. She currently is Founder, President and CEO of L A Medler & Associates, LLC, providing cyber strategy and operational consulting services to a variety of commercial clients. Ms. Medler previously served from June 2015 to December 2017 as the Chief Information Security Officer and Director of IT Security for Raytheon Missile Systems, a major business unit of Raytheon company (now Raytheon Technologies), a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity solutions. She remained at Raytheon as a Cyber Advisor until 2018. During her Air Force military service, from 1987 to 2014, she served in a myriad of leadership positions, and commanded units at the Squadron, Group and Wing level, as well as serving multiple assignments for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Ms. Medler currently sits on the board of directors for PNC Financial Services Group, Transamerica Insurance (AEGON North America), and Common Spirit Health, one the largest national non-profit healthcare systems. She previously served as a director for Operation Homefront, a national nonprofit supporting Veterans and their families from 2015-2023. Since 2020, she's chaired the Transamerica Risk Committee, and additionally serves on a number of other board committees for the firms where she is a director, including risk, compliance, technology, audit, and nomination and governance committees. Ms. Medler received a BBA in Management & Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, an MS in National Security & Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and an MBA in Management Information Systems Concentration from the University of Arizona. Mr. Hernandez is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience across the power, utilities, renewables, nuclear, industrials, and data center infrastructure sectors. From May 2025, Mr. Hernandez founded and has served as Chief Executive Officer of PowerBridge LLC, a company focused on developing, building, and managing gigawatt-scale data center campuses, associated power infrastructure, and fiber network connectivity throughout North America. From November 2021 through May 2023, Mr. Hernandez served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Talen Energy Corporation, one of the largest competitive power companies in North America. During this period, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Cumulus Data, Inc., Talen Energy Corporation's data center business, which he founded. Prior to these roles, he served Talen Energy Corporation in various capacities, including Chief Financial Officer. From 2014 until 2015, Mr. Hernandez served as Chief Financial Officer of TerraForm Power Inc., which was subsequently sold to Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hernandez worked for approximately ten years at Goldman Sachs & Co., including as a Managing Director, having joined the firm in 2005. Mr. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University, a Bachelor of Science degree from the London School of Economics (General Course), and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.

On August 4, 2026, the Board of Directors of Target Hospitality Corp. appointed Erich Sanchack, to serve as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Sanchack is a senior data center, infrastructure, and technology executive with more than two decades of experience leading large, complex organizations. Since 2023, Mr. Sanchack has served as Chief Executive Officer of Salute, a global data center services provider delivering critical facility management to hyperscale, colocation, and edge industry leaders. From 2018 to 2023, Mr. Sanchack held senior roles at Digital Realty Trust, a global data center real estate investment trust, serving as Executive Vice President, Operations from 2018 to 2021 and, from 2021 to 2023, as Chief Operating Officer, in which capacity he had global oversight of operations across EMEA, APAC, and North America. From 2016 to 2018, he held senior leadership positions at CenturyLink, serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Federal from 2016 to 2017 and, from 2017 to 2018, as Senior Vice President, IT Solutions and New Market Development, where he led the company's managed hosting and cybersecurity business. From 2004 to 2016, Mr. Sanchack held a series of executive positions at Lockheed Martin Corporation, including Vice President, Competitive Enhancements; Vice President, Corporate Internal Audit; and Vice President, Information Technology Services. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sanchack served as Director of Operations at Tetra Pak Inc. Mr. Sanchack earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

On August 4, 2026, the Board of Directors of Target Hospitality Corp. appointed Margaret (Peggy) Smyth, to serve as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Smyth is a senior finance executive with more than three decades of experience in financial leadership, strategy, and governance roles across large, complex global organizations. Since 2026, Ms. Smyth has served as Senior Advisor to the Transaction Advisory and Corporate Transactions Groups at Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm. From 2021 to 2025, she served at QIC Ltd., one of Australia's largest institutional investment managers, first as Senior Advisor, Global Infrastructure and, beginning in 2022, as Partner, Global Infrastructure. From 2014 to 2021, she served as Chief Financial Officer of National Grid US, a subsidiary of National Grid PLC, a multinational energy company, where she led the company's finance and business operations transformation, and from 2012 to 2014, she served as Vice President, Finance at Consolidated Edison, Inc. Earlier in her career, Ms. Smyth held financial leadership roles at United Technologies Corporation and 3M Company, and served as Senior Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Smyth currently serves on the boards of Catholic Guardian Services and MOA Funds, where she helps oversee nearly $30 billion in assets across 28 funds, and on the board of directors and the Audit Committee of Flexential, a leading national provider of colocation, cloud, and data center infrastructure services. She has also served on the board of Remitly Global, Inc. (RELY), a digital financial services company, since 2021, and on the board of Etsy, Inc. (ETSY), an e-commerce website, since 2016. She previously served as a director of Lilium N.V. and Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. Ms. Smyth earned a Master of Science in Accounting from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University. She holds SASB's FSA Credential, a Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University and the National Association of Corporate Directors, a Fundamentals of ESG Certificate from the AICPA, and a Certificate from the NYU Law - Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence Cyber Scholar Program. She is a member of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence Advisory Council and the Wall Street Journal Board of Directors Council.

On May 5, 2026, the Board of Directors of Target Hospitality Corp. appointed Paul Hohnsbeen, age 70, to serve as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Hohnsbeen is a senior digital infrastructure and real estate executive with more than three decades of experience operating at scale in capital-intensive, highly complex environments. Since 2022, Mr. Hohnsbeen has served as Chief Operations Officer of Aligned Data Centers, where he plays a company-wide leadership role supporting strategic planning, organizational development, and executive decision-making across design, construction, operations, real estate, power strategy, and information technology. From 2016 to 2021, Mr. Hohnsbeen served as Vice President, IBX Operations Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Equinix, where he oversaw operations across 16 countries. From 2013 to 2015, he served as Director, Business Strategy, Engineering Excellence Group at Laing O'Rourke, and from 2010 to 2012 he served as Group Chief Operating Officer of Global Switch. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Hohnsbeen served as Executive Program Director at KEO International Consultants, and from 2002 to 2008 he held various executive positions at Lehman Brothers, including Executive Director, Private Equity Real Estate and Executive Director and European Head, Corporate Real Estate. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hohnsbeen held senior real estate and program leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Gregotti Associati International and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Mr. Hohnsbeen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mark Schuck serves as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Financial Planning. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing the Company's investor relations strategy, including cultivating and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and research analysts. He also leads the Company's corporate financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Mr. Schuck joined Target in January 2020. Mr. Schuck has over nineteen years of broad corporate finance and asset management experience, including investor relations and financial planning across a range of industries, including natural resource development, energy infrastructure, and industrial services. Prior to joining Target, Mr. Schuck served as Director of Investor Relations at American Midstream Partners and was a Principal at a multi-strategy investment fund. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schuck held corporate finance and financial reporting roles at EP Energy Corp. and Encore Acquisition Corp. He began his professional career as an Associate at BDO USA, LLP. Mr. Schuck holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Cyril J. Hahamski has been appointed to the board as Chief Accounting Officer with effect from January 12, 2026. Mr. Hahamski has over 25 years of experience in financial controllership, treasury, system implementations, public accounting, and finance across multiple industries. Prior to joining Target Hospitality, Mr. Hahamski served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Anew Climate, LLC, where he oversaw the global accounting function, including system integration, treasury operations, and public-company readiness initiatives. Mr. Hahamski has a diverse accounting and industry background, having spent time at ALS Limited, a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industrial services, and Buckeye Partners, L.P., a public master limited partnership. Mr. Hahamski began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he worked from 1998 to 2007, progressing from intern to manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice. He managed integrated audits of financial statements for public and private companies and performed internal control attestations pursuant to Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. His work included SEC reporting support, technical accounting research, and advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hahamski holds an MBA in Corporate Accounting and Finance from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Angelo State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
