Effective December 16, 2019, Geoffrey Gouvalaris, age 52, was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of TripAdvisor, Inc. Since 2011, Mr. Gouvalaris, has served in accounting roles of increasing responsibility within the Company, most recently as the Company's Vice President - Accounting and Financial Reporting.
