Rui Feng is a successful entrepreneur, explorer, and mine builder with over 25 years of global mining industry experience. His passion for discovery has led him to explore and acquire mineral opportunities worldwide. He was integral in discovering Jinshan Gold's CSH Gold Mine in China in 2002, which was acquired by China Gold International. Dr. Feng founded Silvercorp in 2003 by acquiring early-stage properties in China. Through discovery and development, Silvercorp has become one of the most profitable Canadian mining companies, with multiple mines in China. As a director and CEO of New Pacific Metals, Dr. Feng led the company to Bolivia in 2017 and acquired the Silver Sand project which has recently led to a significant discovery. Dr. Feng obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Geology in China, his Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada in 1992, and received a Post-Doctorial fellowship from the National Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada in 1992. Dr. Feng supports many community and social causes through contributions made personally and through the actions of the companies he leads.

Lon Shaver has over 25 years of capital markets and corporate finance experience, mainly focused on the mining sector. He held investment banking roles with Raymond James and Merrill Lynch, assisting corporate issuers with numerous financing and M&A transactions. He began his career in equity research with an institutional sell-side firm and his previous corporate experience includes CFO roles with a publicly-listed mining company and a private technology company. Most recently, he acted as a consultant and advisor, providing corporate development and capital markets support to a number of companies in the resource sector. He has a B.Comm. degree, with a major in finance, and is a CFA charterholder. Principal Occupations During the Last Five Years - President of Silvercorp since September 2023 and Vice President since August 2018. Previously served as Senior Vice President (2011-2016) and Vice President (2005-2011) of Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets at Raymond James. Director of Omai Gold Mines Corp. since November 2020 and Director of Auro Metals Inc. since May 2026.

Mr. Simpson has been a corporate lawyer for around 40 years with experience in the mining sector and is a Vancouver-based corporate securities lawyer with the firm Armstrong Simpson. Mr. Simpson obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Law from the University of British Columbia in November 1980 and May 1984, respectively. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada in September 1985 and obtained a Certificate in Mining Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in April 2016. Mr. Simpson has been a director of New Pacific Metals Corp. (TSX: NUAG and NYSE American: NEWP), a company with principal business activities in precious metals and mineral exploration, since September 2023.

Director and Chief Legal Officer (from March 2023 to July 2023), Director and CEO (from 2019 to 2023), and Chief Commercial Officer and General Counsel (from 2018 to 2019) of Perk Labs Inc. (formerly Glance Technologies Inc.).

Mr. Robertson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University obtained in May 1979 and has been a Chartered Professional Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (subsequently known as the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario) since December 1981. He was a partner and the global director of the mining industry group with Ernst & Young for over 35 years until July 2015. Mr. Robertson served as an independent non-executive director of SAIS Limited (previously known as Sarment Holding Limited) from March 2019 to August 2020. Currently, Mr. Robertson is a director of Gold Royalty Corporation since November 2020. Mr. Robertson holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Ms. Katusa has over fifteen years of business experience in areas including mineral exploration, research analysis, strategic planning, and corporate development. She earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology/Earth & Ocean Science from the University of British Columbia. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Osisko Development Corp. and was previously on the Board of Family Services of Greater Vancouver. Principal Occupations During the Last Five Years - President/CEO of Canita Consulting Corporation 2010 to present. Director of Osisko Development Corp. from May 2021 to December 2024. Member of the Board of Directors of Family Services of Greater Vancouver from 2016 to 2020. Director Corporate Development and Strategy, GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. from 2013 to 2017. Vice President Corporate Development, Exeter Resource Corporation from 2012 to 2013.

Ms. Cai is a finance and investment professional with over two decades of experience, she is extensively versed in capital markets and all aspects of corporate finance from strategic planning to M&A transactions. She has served as an executive director, senior executive vice president, and chief financial officer of Barrick Mining Corporation since March 2026. Prior to March 2026, Ms. Cai served as an independent director on Barrick Mining Corporation's board from 2021 to 2026. She also served as an independent director of Largo Inc. from 2023 to 2025. Prior to this, Ms. Cai worked as a managing director at China International Capital Corporation Limited until 2021, and as a vice president at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 2003 to 2009. Ms. Cai is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and obtained those designations in 2006 and 2007, respectively. She graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States in 2003, where she received two Master of Science degrees.

Ms. Wang has been with the Company since 2024, most recently serving as CFO of the Company's China Operations. She brings over 15 years of leadership in the areas of corporate finance, accounting and financial reporting, treasury planning, and internal controls. Winnie started her career as Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and held senior leadership positions in finance and accounting with several multinational companies. Prior to joining Silvercorp, she was Head of Finance and CFO for Asurion China. Winnie has a Bachelor's Degree from Shanghai International Studies University, a Master of Management from the University of International Business and Economics, and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation from CPA Australia.
