Jure Sola has served as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since August 2020. Prior to that time, from October 2017 until August 2020, Mr. Sola served as our Executive Chairman. Mr. Sola also served as our Chief Executive Officer from April 1991 until October 2017, as Chairman of our Board of Directors from April 1991 until December 2001 and from December 2002 until October 2017, and as Co-Chairman of our Board of Directors from December 2001 until December 2002. In 1980, Mr. Sola co-founded Sanmina and initially held the position of Vice President of Sales. In October 1987, he became the Vice President and General Manager of Sanmina, responsible for manufacturing operations, sales and marketing. Mr. Sola served as our President from October 1989 to March 1996.

Jonathan Faust has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2023. Mr. Faust previously served as Global Controller and Head of Corporate Finance & Services of HP Inc., which he joined in August 2021. From February 2020 until July 2021, Mr. Faust was Chief Financial Officer of Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. Mr. Faust spent more than 19 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (and formerly Hewlett Packard Co.) working in various finance roles, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer - Hybrid IT from August 2018 until January 2020.

Charles C. Mason has served as our Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales since March 2023. Mr. Mason has held various senior sales and marketing roles at Sanmina since joining us through an acquisition in 1997, most recently Executive Vice President, Sales for Integrated Manufacturing Services and Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts.

Dr. Krish A. Prabhu,PhD, has served as a director of Sanmina since September 2019. Has served as a director of Sanmina since September 2019. Has been an independent technology consultant since retiring from AT&T, a telecommunications service provider, in September 2016, where he had served as Chief Technology Officer and President of AT&T Labs since June 2011. Held senior management positions at Tellabs, Inc., a telecommunications equipment provider, as President and Chief Executive Officer, from 2004 until 2008, and at Alcatel, also a telecommunications equipment provider, between 1991 and 2001. Was a venture partner at Morganthaler Ventures between 2001 and 2004. Served as a director of Ribbon Communications Inc. between 2020 and 2022 and as a director of Altera Corporation between 2007 and 2015. Serves as a director of Omnitier, a private company.

Mr. Joseph G. Licata,Jr, has served as a director of Sanmina since August 2007. Has served as a director of Sanmina since August 2007. Has served as the Managing Partner - Private Equity, of BlueArc Capital since April 2014. Current Chairman of the Board of Brunswick Bowling Products. Past Chairman of the Board of Choice Adhesives Corp. Past Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Leadership, LLC, a firm specializing in Board and CEO advisory services in the areas of corporate and growth strategy, operational full potential and enterprise value creation, a company which he also founded, from January 2011 until April 2014. Served as Chief Executive Officer of Peopleclick Authoria, Inc., a vendor of human resources process management software and services, from April 2010 through November 2010. Served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SER Solutions, Inc., a global call management and speech analytics solutions company, from July 2007 through October 2008 when the company was acquired. Served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Enterprise Networks, LLC, a leader of enterprise communications solutions, from 2001 to 2006. Principal Occupation: Managing Partner - Private Equity, BlueArc Capital.

David V. Hedley III was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 5, 2022. Hedley has 30 years of Wall Street experience as an investment banker with a focus on the technology sector. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of Bramshill Investments, LLC. Bramshill Investments is an asset management firm with $4.5 billion under management offering alternative fixed-income strategies. Hedley is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, developing the corporate vision, and managing strategic planning. Prior to joining Bramshill, Hedley was a Principal and Senior Managing Director at Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, where he led the Technology Investment Banking Group, providing M&A and corporate finance advice to private and public technology companies. Prior to EY, he was a senior investment banker at Canaccord Genuity, UBS Investment Bank, Thomas Weisel Partners and Merrill Lynch. Principal Occupation: Chief Strategy Officer of Bramshill Investments, LLC. Hedley graduated in 1991 with a BA from Colgate University. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of White Hat Capital Partners and previously served as a Board member of GLAAD and as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Morristown Beard School in New Jersey.

Mythili Sankaran has been appointed as a Board of Directors of Sanmina Corporation on June 12, 2023. Sankaran has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, spanning semiconductors, telecommunications & networking and internet software. Since 2021, Sankaran has served as CEO and Co-founder of Neythri.org, a global community of professional South Asian women, and the Founding Managing Partner of the Neythri Futures Fund, a venture fund for and by women. From 2009 to 2014, Sankaran was the Senior Executive Director & Head, Western Region for the U.S. India Business Council (USIBC). She was responsible for deepening trade and commercial ties between U.S. and Indian companies, primarily focusing on growth in the tech industry. Before USIBC, Sankaran was the CEO of Koollage, Inc., a telecom/web startup. Earlier in her career she held senior leadership positions at Palmsource, eVoice, Lucent Technologies, AT&T Bell Labs Innovations and IBM Research Labs. Principal Occupation: Chief Executive Officer, Neythri.org and Founding Managing Partner, Neythri Futures Fund. Sankaran has a Master's degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, an MS in Physics from Texas Tech University, an Executive mini-MBA from the Wharton School and is an alum of the Stanford Executive Program.

On March 10, 2025, the Board of Directors of Sanmina Corporation appointed Michael J. Loparco, 53, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Loparco most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Symbotic Inc, a robotics and automation company, in 2022 and as Special Advisor to its Board of Directors from 2022 to 2023. Before Symbotic, Mr. Loparco spent more than two decades at Jabil Inc., a manufacturing services company, where he held various senior leadership positions, including CEO of Electronics Manufacturing Services & EVP Executive Head of Enterprise IT & Supply Chain Strategy from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Loparco also currently serves on the board of directors of iRobot Corporation, a consumer robotics company.

On September 14, 2026, the Board of Directors of Sanmina Corporation appointed Shanker S Trivedi, 69, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Trivedi has more than 30 years of leadership experience in enterprise technology, data centers, cloud infrastructure, and go-to-market execution. From 2009 to 2026, Mr. Trivedi was at NVIDIA Corporation, a leading AI accelerated computing company, most recently as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Business from April 2016 to April 2026. While at NVIDIA, Mr. Trivedi led worldwide sales for data center and professional visualization products, as well as business development across industry verticals, including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, government, and education. Prior to NVIDIA, Mr. Trivedi held various senior leadership positions at Callidus Software, Sun Microsystems, IBM, and ICL. Mr. Trivedi also currently serves on the board of directors of Enphase Energy, a global energy technology company specializing in microinverter-based solar and battery systems.

Mr. Venkatesh will now serve as Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, effective December 2, 2024.
