Mr. Stefan Larsson. Experience: PVH Corp.'s Chief Executive Officer since 2021; previously served as President of PVH from 2019 to 2021. President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Ralph Lauren Corp. (2015 - 2017), where he refocused the company on its core strengths, improved performance, and set the path for future growth. Global President of Old Navy, a division of Gap Inc. (2012 - 2015), delivering 12 consecutive quarters of profitable growth and positioning the brand among the top preferred brands among millennials in America. Held multiple key leadership roles for nearly 15 years at H\&M, during which revenues increased from approximately $3 billion to approximately $17 billion and operations expanded from 12 to 44 countries.

Mr. Savman joined us as Chief Supply Chain Officer in December 2022 and served as Interim Chief Executive Officer, PVH Europe from June 2024 until December 2024. He added the title and associated duties of Global Head of Operations to his existing title and duties in January 2025 and became Global Brand President, Calvin Klein in May 2025. In November 2025, Mr. Savman's duties as Chief Supply Chain Officer and Global Head of Operations were transitioned to Ms. Gabriel upon her joining PVH. From 2003 until joining PVH, Mr. Savman held various key positions at the H&M Group, most recently as Head of Global Supply Chain until 2022.

Mr. Olsson joined us as Chief Executive Officer, PVH EMEA in December 2024. From 2023 until joining PVH, Mr. Olsson was Chief Executive Officer of Max Fashion, one of the leading Middle East fashion retailers based in Dubai. From 2003 through 2023, he held various key leadership roles at the H&M Group, including Managing Director globally for the H&M brand, Head of Global Expansion, and Head of Global Growth.

Ms. Rytz Goldman joined us as Global Brand President, Tommy Hilfiger in April 2024. From 2020 until joining PVH, Ms. Rytz Goldman was Managing Director of COS, a division of H&M Group, having previously served as Managing Director of H&M Group's Arket division from 2018 to 2020 and its Monki division from 2013 to 2018.

Ms. Melissa Ann Stone was named Executive Vice President, Global Financial Planning & Analysis in March 2025 and Interim Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Stone has been employed by us since 2004. She previously served as Assistant Corporate Controller beginning in 2015 and held a series of roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Accounting and Group Vice President Corporate Accounting. Ms. Melissa Ann Stone will resign from Interim Chief Financial Officer role and will continue in her role as the Company's Executive Vice President, Global Financial Planning & Analysis effective September 7, 2026.

Mr. Michael M. Calbert. Experience: Chairman of the Board, Dollar General Corporation, a discount retailer (2016 - February 2026). Member of the private equity firm KKR & Co. L.P., where he led the retail industry team (2000 - 2014). Chief Financial Officer of Randall's Food Markets (1997 - 1999). Certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen Worldwide (1985 - 1994). Mr. Brent Callinicos. Experience: Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Virgin Hyperloop One, an autonomous transportation company (January 2017 - March 2018). Advisor at Uber Technologies, Inc., an on-demand car service company (2015 - 2016). Chief Financial Officer at Uber (2013 - 2015). Ms. Amy C. McPherson. Experience: Principal investor and consultant to Kids Know Best, a kids-focused media business. Joined Marriott in 1986 and served in roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and Integration, and Vice President of Finance and Business Development. Ms. Judith Amanda Sourry Knox. Experience: President of Unilever North America, a personal care, foods, refreshment, and home care consumer products company (2018 - 2020). Head of Global Customer Development at Unilever (2018 - 2019). President, Global Foods Category at Unilever plc (2015 - 2017). Executive Vice President, Global Haircare at Unilever (2014 - 2015). Mr. George Cheeks. Experience: Chair of TV Media of Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, a global media, streaming and entertainment company, the parent company of CBS, since August 2025. President and Chief Executive Officer of CBS Entertainment Group, a news, entertainment and sports media company and studio (2020 - August 2025). Ms. Geraldine McIntyre. Experience: Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Senior Living, LLC, a provider of senior living services (November 2013 - May 2014). President of the Consumer Group of Newell Brands (2011 - 2012). Group President of Newell Brands' Office Products Group (2009 - 2012). Senior Vice President, General Manager, Functional Beverages, overseeing still beverages such as water, tea and coffee, at The Coca-Cola Company, after holding a series of marketing positions of escalating responsibility, including Group Marketing Director, Europe, Asia and Middle East.

Ms. Kate Gulliver. Experience: Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Wayfair, one of the world's largest online destinations for the home, since November 2022. Incoming Chief Financial Officer at Wayfair (May 2022 - November 2022). Chief People Officer at Wayfair (May 2016 - May 2022). Previously managed Wayfair's Investor Relations team.

Mr. Jesper Andersen. Experience: Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LEGO Group, a global toy company, since October 2020. Chief Financial Officer at Upfield (2018 - 2020). Chief Financial Officer at Beiersdorf (2015 - 2018). Various finance leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive in Europe, Asia and North America (1994 - 2015).

On July 14, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing that Mr. Rollier has been appointed to the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and will be joining in early September 2026. Mr. Rollier brings a strong combination of global finance, operations and omni-channel retail expertise to his new role at PVH. With more than three decades of experience at some of the world's most recognizable consumer brands, he joins PVH from Sephora, part of the LVMH Group, where he has served as Global Chief Operating Officer and Global Chief Financial Officer since 2018. During his 14-year tenure with the global beauty retailer, Mr. Rollier has played a significant role in scaling the business around the world, delivering outstanding growth, while improving profitability and operating performance.

Erik Graf, 48, will replace Mr. Holmes as Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller (principal accounting officer) effective May 1, 2025. Mr. Graf joined the Company in 2010, holding roles of increasing responsibility within the Finance organization, most recently as Senior Vice President, External Reporting and Accounting since 2022 and Senior Vice President, Accounting immediately prior to that beginning in 2015.

Mr. Kohler joined us as President, Calvin Klein Americas in March 2023 and was named Chief Executive Officer, PVH Americas in October 2024. From 2022 to 2023, Mr. Kohler served as CEO, North America at Diesel. From 2021 to 2022 he was President at Ann Taylor & Loft. From 2017 until 2021, Mr. Kohler was Chief Executive Officer, Americas and Global Chief Retail Officer of Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. From 2008 until 2017, he held various key positions at Burberry Group plc, including President of Burberry Americas, Chief Merchandising Operations Officer, Senior Vice President of Global Planning, Pricing & Business Intelligence, and Vice President of Corporate Planning.

Mr. Fischer joined us as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in 1999. He became Senior Vice President in 2007 and Executive Vice President in 2013.

Ms. Subrahmanyam joined us as Executive Vice President, People, PVH Americas and Calvin Klein Global in 2022 and became Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer in February 2024. From 2017 until 2021, Ms. Subrahmanyam was Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Social Impact of Kate Spade New York, a subsidiary of Tapestry, Inc. From 2015 until 2017, she was Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of Stuart Weitzman, a subsidiary of Tapestry, Inc.

Ms. Gabriel joined us as Chief Supply Chain Officer and Global Head of Operations in November 2025. From 2022 until joining PVH, Ms. Gabriel served as Chief Supply Chain Officer of Capri Holdings Limited. From 2018 through 2022, she held key supply chain strategy roles at Mondelez International, including Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy, External Manufacturing & Ventures North America and Senior Vice President, Customer Service and Logistics USA.
