Eduardo Bezerra joined Perrigo in May 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bezerra previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Del Monte Fresh Produce, Inc., from 2019 to 2022. Before that, Mr. Bezerra held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Monsanto Company from 1998 to 2018.

Roberto Khoury was named Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer in July 2025 after serving as Executive Vice President and President, Consumer Self Care International. He joined Perrigo in May 2024 after more than six years with Kenvue (formerly a part of Johnson & Johnson), where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of their skin care portfolio, including brand leadership responsibilities. Prior to that role he led Kenvue's consumer brands in Europe. Before his time at Kenvue, Mr. Khoury spent 13 years at L'Oreal, where he held several leadership roles in the consumer space that included stints in growing pan-European line extensions of leading brands.

On June 7, 2026, the Board appointed Albert A. Manzone, Director and member of the Audit Committee of the Board, as the Company's Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Albert A. Manzone is a global executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across consumer goods, consumer health, luxury and hospitality. He has led businesses at global scale, with a track record of transforming companies at inflection points and creating value. He has served as a member of the Perrigo Board of Directors since 2022. Most recently, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Monte-Carlo Societe des Bains de Mer, a premier luxury hospitality group, where he drove operational performance and strengthened the leadership team across three consecutive record years. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Whole Earth Brands, a global food company. Earlier in his career, he was President Europe at Oettinger Davidoff AG and held senior leadership roles at Novartis Consumer Health, W.M. Wrigley Jr. Company, PepsiCo, and McKinsey & Company. He currently serves as a director at Syntec Optics Holdings (NASDAQ: OPTX). He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a postgraduate degree in international business from Sorbonne University.

Ms. Julia M. Brown, Independent Director. Experience 2020 - 2021: Chief Procurement & Sustainability Officer, Mars Wrigley, a world leading manufacturer of chocolate and confectionery 2015 - 2020: Chief Procurement Officer, Carnival Corporation & plc, the world's largest global cruising company with nine major brands. On June 30, 2026, the Board of Directors of Perrigo Company plc appointed Omer Gajial to serve as member of the Board effective as of June 30, 2026. Mr. Gajial, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in retail, e-commerce and consumer health. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of GoTo Foods, a franchisor and operator of more than 7,000 restaurant and retail locations globally across multiple brands. Prior to this role, Mr. Gajial served as Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising & Digital Officer at Albertsons Companies.

On June 30, 2026, the Board of Directors of Perrigo Company plc appointed Salman Amin to serve as member of the Board effective as of June 30, 2026. Mr. Amin, age 66, is an experienced executive with more than 30 years in the global consumer products industry. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of pladis Global, where he led a multi-year transformation that delivered sustained revenue growth and improved profitability. Previously, Mr. Amin served as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Commercial Division at SC Johnson and held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Kevin Egan, Independent Director. Experience 1998 - 2024: Partner, Audit and Assurance, PwC Ireland, a multinational provider of audit, assurance, advisory and tax services worldwide 2007 - 2015: Head of Audit and Assurance, PwC Ireland 2021 - Present: Member of the Audit Committee of the National University of Ireland.

Dr. Ball was named Executive Vice President and Chief Brand and Digital Officer in August 2024. Prior to joining Perrigo, Dr. Ball was most recently at Bayer Consumer Healthcare and Care/of (prior to its acquisition by Bayer in 2020) from 2019 to 2024, where he held various positions including General Manager and Vice President of Marketing for the Digestive Health business in North America. Prior to this, Dr. Ball spent more than eight years at Procter and Gamble in leadership positions across multiple business units and functions.

Abbie Lennox was named Executive Vice President and Chief Science Officer in January 2025. Ms. Lennox joined Perrigo from Bayer where she served as Executive Committee Member and Chief Trust and Science Officer from 2019 to 2024, responsible for leading the regulatory, medical affairs, safety and quality teams. Prior to her time at Bayer, she served in regulatory affairs leadership roles with Reckitt Benckiser, where she advanced the company's regulatory approach to pipeline delivery across multiple health and wellness brands.

Mr. Willis was named Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2019 after serving as Vice President of Human Resources Global Businesses for nearly six years. Prior to joining Perrigo, Mr. Willis gained more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership through roles with Fawaz Alhokair Group, GE Capital, DoubleClick, and Norkom Technologies.

Matt Winterman was named Executive Vice President, Product Supply, Operations Strategy and Transformation Officer, in June 2025. Mr. Winterman has more than 20 years of global supply chain and strategy leadership. Prior to joining Perrigo, Mr. Winterman served as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Strategy at AstraZeneca from 2023 to 2025. In this capacity, he was instrumental in driving transformation and strategic investment in the manufacturing network. He also served as Global Head of end-to-end Supply Chain at Roche Holding AG from 2018 to 2023, and prior to that in roles of increasing responsibility for technical operations strategy and supply chain performance at GSK plc.
