Dr. Lai Wang has served at BeOne Medicines Ltd. since 2011, most recently as President, Global Head of Research and Development since 2025, with his Key Executive role commencing since April 2021. Prior to BeOne Medicines Ltd., Dr. Wang served as Director of Research at Joyant Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Wang received his B.S. from Fudan University in 1996 and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2001.

Mr. John V. Oyler co-founded BeOne Medicines Ltd. and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer since October 2010. Prior to founding BeOne Medicines Ltd., Mr. Oyler served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BioDuro, LLC; Chief Executive Officer of Galenea Corp.; Founder and President of Telephia, Inc.; Co-Chief Executive Officer of Genta, Inc.; and Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Oyler received his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in June 1990 and an MBA from Stanford University in January 1996.

Dr. Xiaobin Wu has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of BeOne Medicines Ltd. since 2021, with his Key Executive role commencing since April 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Dr. Wu served as President; General Manager, China at BeOne Medicines Ltd. Prior to that, Dr. Wu served as Country Manager at Pfizer China, Regional President at Pfizer Essential Health, Greater China Region, President and Managing Director at Wyeth China and Hong Kong, General Manager at Bayer Healthcare, China, and Sales and Marketing at Bayer, Germany. Dr. Wu also served as Vice Chairman Pharmaceutical Chamber of Commerce at China National Association of Industry & Commerce, Research Fellow at Research Center of National Drug Policy and Ecosystem of China Pharmaceutical University, and Vice Chairman at Pharmaceutical Association Committee, China. Dr. Wu earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Pharmacology and a Diploma in Biology in April 1993 and January 1990, respectively, from the University of Konstanz in Germany.

Mr. Chan Lee has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of BeOne Medicines Ltd. since July 2022. From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Lee served as General Counsel North America, Head of Legal for General Medicines Global Business at Sanofi SA. Prior to that, Mr. Lee served at Pfizer Inc. as Chief Counsel Innovative Health Global Business, Chief Counsel Vaccines, Oncology and Consumer Health Global Business and Assistant General Counsel for Asia. Mr. Lee earned his B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. Xiaodong Wang co-founded BeOne Medicines Ltd. and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since February 2016. Since 2020, Dr. Wang has served as Chair Professor at Tsinghua University. Since 2013, Dr. Wang has served as Foreign Associate of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 2010, Dr. Wang has served as Co-Founder of BeOne Medicines Ltd. Since 2004, Dr. Wang has been a Member of the National Academy of Science, USA. Since 2003, Dr. Wang has served as Founding Co-Director; Director and Investigator at the National Institute of Biological Sciences in Beijing. Prior to that, Dr. Wang served as Founder of Joyant Pharmaceuticals, Inc., George L. MacGregor Distinguished Chair Professor in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and Investigator at Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Dr. Wang currently serves as a director of Clover Biopharmaceutical, Ltd. (since 2021). Dr. Wang received his B.S. in Biology from Beijing Normal University in July 1984 and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in May 1991. Dr. Wang has served as a member of the National Academy of Science, USA since 2004 and as a foreign associate of the Chinese Academy of Sciences since 2013.

Mr. Anthony C. Hooper has served as a member of the Board of Directors of BeOne Medicines Ltd. since January 2020. From 2020 to 2024, Mr. Hooper served as a Consultant at Amgen Inc. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Global Commercial Operations at Amgen Inc., Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations and President, U.S., Japan and Intercontinental; President, Americas; and President, U.S. Pharmaceuticals, Worldwide Pharmaceuticals Group at Bristol Myers Squibb Company, and Assistant Vice President of Global Marketing at Wyeth Laboratories. Mr. Hooper currently serves as a director of MannKind Corporation (since 2020). Mr. Hooper earned his law and MBA degrees from the University of South Africa in 1978 and 1988, respectively.

Ms. Shalini Sharp has served as a member of the Board of Directors of BeOne Medicines Ltd. since September 2024. From 2012 to 2020, Ms. Sharp served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. From 2006 to 2012, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Agenus, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Sharp served at Elan Pharmaceuticals (Strategic Planning, Chief of Staff), The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (Summer Associate, Investment Banking), and McKinsey & Co. (Consultant). Ms. Sharp currently serves as a director of Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (since 2020), Organon & Co. (since 2021), and Septerna, Inc. (since 2024). Ms. Sharp previously served as a director of Mirati Therapeutics, Inc., Sutro Biopharma, Inc., Precision Biosciences, Inc., and Panacea Acquisition Corp. Ms. Sharp received her B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Dr. Margaret Dugan has served as a member of the Board of Directors of BeOne Medicines Ltd. since February 2022. Since 2025, Dr. Dugan has served as Chief Medical Officer at Whitehawk Therapeutics, Inc. and as Medical Consultant at Schrodinger, Inc. Since 2023, she has served as Medical Consultant at Dracen Pharmaceuticals. From 2023 to 2025, Dr. Dugan served as Chief Medical Officer at Schrodinger, Inc. From 2021 to 2024, she served at SonALAsense Pharmaceuticals as Senior Medical Consultant (2021-2022) and Scientific Advisory Board Member (2021-2024). Since 2018, Dr. Dugan has served as Senior Medical Advisor and Consultant at Salarius Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Development at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., Chief Medical Officer at Dracen Pharmaceuticals, Director of Oncology Clinical Research at Schering-Plough, Deputy Director of Clinical Research, Oncology at American Cyanamid, and Research Fellow in Hematology and Oncology Clinical Trials at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Dugan received her B.A. from New York University in 1977 and her M.D. in hematology and oncology from New York University in 1981.

Dr. Alessandro Riva has served as a member of the Board of Directors of BeOne Medicines Ltd. since February 2022. From 2023 to present, Dr. Riva has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Transgene S.A. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Intima Bioscience. From 2019 to 2021, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Ichnos Sciences. From 2017 to 2019, he served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Oncology Therapeutics and Cell & Gene Therapy at Gilead Sciences. Prior to that, Dr. Riva served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Oncology Development and Medical Affairs at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Ad-Interim President of Novartis Oncology, Co-Founder of Breast Cancer International Research Group, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cancer International Research Group, and held roles at Farmitalia Carlo Erba Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Aventis. Dr. Riva currently serves as a director of Century Therapeutics, Inc. (since 2021), Transgene SA (Chairman, since 2022), and Bicycle Therapeutics plc (since 2025). Dr. Riva received his M.D. in medicine and surgery from the University of Milan and board certification in oncology and hematology from the same institution.

Dr. Olivier Brandicourt has served as a member of the Board of Directors of BeOne Medicines Ltd. since January 2024. Since 2019, Dr. Brandicourt has served as Senior Advisor at Blackstone Life Sciences. From 2015 to 2019, Dr. Brandicourt served as Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi S.A. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Bayer HealthCare AG and as Executive Leadership Team Member and President and General Manager of the Emerging Markets and Established Products business unit at Pfizer Inc. Dr. Brandicourt currently serves as a director of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (since 2020) and Vaxcyte, Inc. (since 2025). Dr. Brandicourt studied medicine in Paris, specializing in Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine at the University of Paris V. He holds an advanced degree in Cellular and Immunological Pathophysiology from Paris Descartes University and a Master's Degree in Biology from the University of Paris XII.

Dr. Charles L. Sawyers has been nominated to the Board of Directors of BeOne Medicines Ltd. Since 2008, Dr. Sawyers has served as Investigator at Howard Hughes Medical Institute and as Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. Since 2006, Dr. Sawyers has served as Chair of the Human Oncology and Pathogenesis Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Prior to that, Dr. Sawyers served as Associate Chief, Division of Hematology-Oncology at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Sawyers previously served as a director of Novartis AG. Dr. Sawyers received a B.A. degree in History from Princeton University in 1981 and an M.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1985.

Dr. Felix J. Baker has been nominated to the Board of Directors of BeOne Medicines Ltd. Since 2000, Dr. Baker has served as Managing Member and Co-Founder of Baker Bros. Advisors LP. Dr. Baker currently serves as a director of Kodiak Sciences Inc. (since 2015), Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals International, plc (since 2015), Kymera Therapeutics, Inc. (since 2024), and Bicycle Therapeutics plc (since 2024). Dr. Baker previously served as a director of Seagen, Inc. and IGM Biosciences, Inc. Dr. Baker received a B.S. and a Ph.D. in Immunology from Stanford University in 1991 and 1998, respectively.

Ms. Elizabeth F. Mooney is a Director Nominee for the Board of Directors of BeOne Medicines Ltd. From 2004 to 2024, Ms. Mooney served as a Partner, Capital Strategy Research at Capital Group Companies. Prior to that, she served as Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager at RCM Capital Management, LLC, now VOYA Financial, Inc., and as Senior Auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. Ms. Mooney received a B.A. degree in Economics from The University of Michigan in 1991 and an M.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University in 1993.

On March 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of BeiGene, Ltd., designated Titus Ball as principal accounting officer of the Company. Mr. Ball, age 51, joined the Company in August of 2023 as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining the Company, from 2022 to 2023, Mr. Ball served as Managing Director in KMPG's Accounting Advisory practice. From 2010 through 2021, Mr. Ball held various finance roles of increasing responsibility with Carlisle Companies Inc., including most recently as VP of Finance of Carlise's Fluid Technologies segment and Carlisle Companies Inc.'s VP & Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Carlisle Companies Inc., Mr. Ball was an Audit Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Ball received his B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from King University.
