On February 18, 2026, ONE Gas, Inc. announced that effective March 1, 2026, Curtis L. Dinan, 58, the Company's senior vice president and chief operating officer, will be promoted to the position of president and chief operating officer. Mr. Dinan, served as the Company's senior vice president, commercial from March 2019 to present. He served as the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer from 2020 to 2021 and as Senior Vice President, Commercial fom 2019 to 2020. He served as the Company's senior vice president and chief financial officer from 2018 to 2019 and as the Company's senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer from the Company's separation from ONEOK in January 2014 (the Separation) to 2018. He served as president, natural gas, of ONEOK Partners, responsible for commercial activities in its natural gas gathering and processing and natural gas pipelines segments from 2011 to the Separation. Before that, Mr. Dinan was senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of ONEOK and ONEOK Partners from 2007 - 2011. He served on the ONEOK Partners board of directors from October 2007 to March 2011. He joined ONEOK in 2004 as vice president and chief accounting officer, after being an audit partner with Arthur Andersen LLP and Grant Thornton LLP. Curtis L. Dinan to serve as the Company's senior vice president and chief operating officer, effective June 28, 2021.

Mr. Sighinolfi, 40, has served as the Company's vice president, corporate development and investor relations since January 2023. He served as the Company's vice president, corporate development from September 2021 to December 2022. Before joining the Company, he served as a managing director at Jefferies Financial Group, Inc. (formerly Jefferies LLC), a leading investment banking and capital markets firm, where he covered natural gas utilities, midstream companies, independent U.S. refineries and energy master limited partnerships, from December 2016 to September 2021 and senior vice president at Jefferies Financial Group, Inc. from May 2013 to December 2016. On November 16, 2023, the Company announced that its Board elected Christopher P. Sighinolfi to serve as the Company's senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective January 1, 2024.

The ONE Gas, Inc. Board of Directors elected Kent Shortridge to serve as the Company's senior vice president of operations and customer service, effective March 1, 2022. Mr. Shortridge, 55, has served as the Company's managing vice president - operations since March 2018. He served as the Company's vice president of operations - Oklahoma Natural Gas from January 2014 to March 2018. Prior to ONE Gas becoming a stand-alone, publicly-traded company, separated from ONEOK, Inc. (ONEOK) in January 2014, Mr. Shortridge served in the same capacity as vice president of operations for Oklahoma Natural Gas. He joined ONEOK in 1990 as a field engineer and has held various positions of increasing responsibility. He was vice president of Oklahoma Natural Gas Company's Eastern Region, where he managed and oversaw operations. Prior to that, as president of natural gas pipelines of ONEOK Partners, L.P. (ONEOK Partners), he was responsible for interstate and intrastate natural gas pipelines and storage. He also has held the position of vice president of natural gas supply and administration of ONEOK's natural gas distribution segment at the time - which included Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service - and vice president, commercial, of ONEOK Partners' intrastate pipelines and storage assets.

Mr. Michael G. Hutchinson is Independent Director. Experience: Westmoreland Coal Company - Interim CEO (2017-2019) (until conclusion of the company's restructuring process); Deloitte & Touche - Partner (leading the energy and natural resources practice in Colorado (1998-2012); various positions (1990-1998). Prior Public Company Boards: Whiting Petroleum Corporation (2019-2020); Westmoreland Coal Company (2012-2019); CoBiz Financial, Inc. (2017-2018); ONEOK Partners GP, L.L.C. (2015-2017). Ms. Deborah A. P. Hersman was elected by the Board as chair of the Board, effective May 21, 2026, immediately following the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Hersman has experience from Waymo LLC, Chief Safety Officer (January 2019- December 2020); National Safety Council, President and Chief Executive Officer (2014-2019); National Transportation Safety Board, Board Member (2004-2014), Chair (2009-2014). Public Company Boards: NiSource Inc. (2019-present); Lyft, Inc. (2026-present). She holds B.A. Political Science and International Studies - Virginia Tech and M.S. Conflict Analysis and Resolution - George Mason University. Extensive environmental safety, business operations and technology/security experience gained from serving as Chief Safety Officer and advisor at Waymo LLC, the self-driving car technology subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. and as President and CEO of the National Safety Council, America's foremost nonprofit safety advocate focused on eliminating preventable deaths at work, in homes and communities, and as a board member and then chair of the National Transportation Safety Board (the NTSB), which is internationally recognized for investigations across all modes of transportation. She was appointed to her roles at the NTSB by Presidents Bush (2004) and Obama (2009, 2011, 2013) and unanimously confirmed by the Senate four times. Previously she served in a professional staff role for the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, where she played key roles in crafting the Pipeline Safety Improvement Act of 2002 and legislation establishing a new modal administration focused on bus and truck safety.

Mr. Yves C. Siegel is Independent Director. Experience: Siegel Asset Management Partners - Owner (2020-present); Neuberger Berman BD, LLC - Investment Advisor (2012-2020). Education: B.A. Economics - New York University; MBA Finance - New York University.

ONE Gas, Inc. has appointed Nickolas Stavropoulos to its board of directors, effective July 13, 2026. Mr. Stavropoulos, is the retired chief operating officer of Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), a position he held from March 2017 through September 2018. Mr. Stavropoulos joined PG&E in 2011 and held two other leadership positions in its gas organization. Before joining PG&E, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of National Grid from 2007 to 2011. He also held senior leadership roles at KeySpan Energy Delivery, Colonial Gas Company and Boston Gas. He has over 40 years of experience in the energy industry, as well as detailed knowledge of the U.S. natural gas industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bentley University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and has completed executive education certificates from Harvard and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has served on multiple public company and not-for-profit boards over his career. He currently serves on the board of directors of Ameresco.

Angela E. Kouplen, 2023 to present - Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. 2022 to 2023 - Vice President of Administration and Chief Information Officer, the University of Tulsa. 2021 to 2022 - Vice President and Chief Information Officer, the University of Tulsa. 2016 to 2021 - Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Information Officer, WPX Energy.

On July 1, 2025, the Company announced that its Board elected Regina L. Gregory to serve as the Company's senior advisor, effective July 16, 2025, and then transitioning to senior vice president, general counsel and assistant secretary, effective upon October 1, 2025. Ms. Gregory, 54, served as the executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Targa Resources Corp. (Targa), a leading provider of midstream services and one of the largest independent infrastructure companies in North America, from March 2020 to January 2024. Ms. Gregory served as the vice president and assistant general counsel of Targa from July 2018 to March 2020. Prior to joining Targa, Ms. Gregory served in senior leadership positions at various energy companies and practiced law at the firms of Jones Day and Norton Rose Fulbright.

Effective November 1, 2022, the Board of Directors of ONE Gas, Inc., elected Brian F. Brumfield to serve as the Company's Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Prior to joining ONE Gas, Mr. Brumfield, 55, served as Controller of Tucson Electric Power/UNS Energy since January 2017.
