Robert J. Thomson has served as Chief Executive of News Corp since 2013 and as a Director since June 2013. Mr. Thomson has been central in publishing industry efforts to negotiate fair payments from social media and other technology companies for news content that they benefit from, contributing to News Corp's historic levels of profitability since fiscal 2022. Mr. Thomson greatly expanded The Wall Street Journal's global reach through the digital initiatives of WSJ.com, and as Managing Editor of the U.S. edition of the Financial Times, Mr. Thomson led its drive into the U.S. market, where sales trebled during his tenure. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Thomson served as Editor-in-Chief, Dow Jones. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Thomson served as Managing Editor, The Wall Street Journal. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Thomson served as Publisher, Dow Jones. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Thomson served as Editor, The Times of London. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Thomson served as Managing Editor (U.S. edition), Financial Times. From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Thomson held various roles at Financial Times.

Ms. Chandrashekar has served as the Company's CFO since January 1, 2025. Ms. Chandrashekar previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Diageo plc, a global beverage alcohol company, from 2021 to September 2024, after serving as Global Head of Investor Relations from 2020 to 2021 and Chief Financial Officer, Diageo North America from 2018 to 2021. She has also held senior finance positions at the Procter & Gamble Company and Mondelez International, Inc.

Mr. Delany has served as the Company's Chief Technology Officer since June 30, 2025. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer of News Corp Australia, a division of the Company, from 2020 to June 2025. Since joining News Corp Australia in 2012, he has also served as Managing Director of the company's digital news, food and lifestyle network from 2015 to 2020 and General Manager of news.com.au, a digital-first newsroom, from 2012 to 2015. His prior experience also includes management roles at The Weather Channel.

Ms. Allen has served as the Company's Chief Human Resources Officer since 2022. She previously served as Chief People Officer of News Corp Australia, a division of the Company, from 2018 to 2022. Her prior experience includes roles in human resources and learning and organizational development at Origin Energy, Thiess and Telstra.

Lachlan K. Murdoch has served as a Director of the Company since June 2013, serving as Co-Chair of the Company's Board since 2014 and becoming sole Chair in November 2023. At the Company's former parent, News Corporation, Mr. L.K. Murdoch served as a Director since 1996 and in senior executive roles, including Deputy Chief Operating Officer, from 1994 to 2005. Mr. L.K. Murdoch led transactions including News Corp's purchase of a controlling stake in REA Group, a leading online real estate business in Australia, which was initiated by Mr. L.K. Murdoch with an initial strategic investment of approximately $1 million and resulted in a corporate asset with a market capitalization of over $20 billion AUD. Mr. L.K. Murdoch has served in senior leadership positions within Fox Corporation, 21st Century Fox and News Corporation, including as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, with oversight of HarperCollins and the Company's Australian businesses, including REA, Chairman of News Limited (now known as News Corp Australia); Publisher of the New York Post and on the Board of Foxtel. From 2019 to present, Mr. L.K. Murdoch has served as Executive Chair, Fox Corporation (a news, sports and entertainment company). From 2018 to present, Mr. L.K. Murdoch has served as Chief Executive Officer, Fox Corporation. From 2015 to 2019, Mr. L.K. Murdoch served as Executive Chairman, 21st Century Fox (a diversified global media and entertainment company). From 2014 to 2015, Mr. L.K. Murdoch served as Co-Chairman, 21st Century Fox. From 2005 to present, Mr. L.K. Murdoch has served as Executive Chairman, Illyria Pty Ltd (a private company). From 2009 to 2022, Mr. L.K. Murdoch served as Executive Chairman, NOVA Entertainment (an Australian media company). From 2012 to 2014, Mr. L.K. Murdoch served as Non-Executive Chairman, Ten Network Holdings Limited (an Australian media company). From 2011 to 2012, Mr. L.K. Masroor Siddiqui has served as an Independent Lead Director of the Company since June 2013. Mr. Siddiqui has held executive leadership roles in finance, investment and global markets, including with Naya Capital Management UK and other global investment firms. From 2012 to present, Mr. Siddiqui has served as Chief Executive Officer, Naya Capital Management UK Limited (an investment firm that he co-founded). From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Siddiqui served as Partner, Children's Investment Fund Management (UK) LLP (a hedge fund). From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Siddiqui served as Managing Director, Canyon Partners (an investment firm). From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Siddiqui served as Senior Vice President, Putnam Investments (an investment firm).

Jose Maria Aznar has served as an Independent Director of the Company since June 2013. Mr. Aznar has training as a public accountant. From 1989 to present, Mr. Aznar has served as President, Foundation for Social Studies and Analysis (a political research and educational organization focused on Spain). From 2014 to present, Mr. Aznar has served as President, el Instituto Atlantico de Gobierno (an organization for higher education that he founded). Ana Paula Pessoa has served as an Independent Director of the Company since June 2013. Ms. Pessoa held leadership roles at Kunumi Inteligencia Artificial SA (Kunumi), a leading Brazilian AI company, before its sale in 2024, and the Kunumi Institute, a nonprofit focused on AI research, and has had leadership of and investment in technology companies. Ms. Pessoa gained experience during her tenure at Globo with its newspaper, Internet, cable and satellite television and telecom operations. From 2000 to present, Ms. Pessoa has served as Founder and Partner, Avanti SC (a strategic planning firm). From 2025, Ms. Pessoa has served as Strategy and Resources Advisor, Kunumi Institute (nonprofit in Brazil focused on AI research). From 2017 to 2024, Ms. Pessoa served as Partner, Kunumi (an AI company in Brazil). From 2017 to 2023, Ms. Pessoa served as Director, Kunumi. From 2017 to 2022, Ms. Pessoa served as Chair, Kunumi. From 2017 to 2019, Ms. Pessoa served as Chief Strategy Officer, Kunumi. From 2015 to 2017, Ms. Pessoa served as Chief Financial Officer, 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games (Rio de Janeiro). Ms. DeGrazio has served in various positions with the Company since its inception as a public company in 2013, including most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Financial Operations since 2020. On July 7, 2022, News Corporation appointed Marygrace DeGrazio as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer, effective as of July 4, 2022.
