Mr. Bhatia joined us in October 2017 as our Executive Vice President, Global Operations. From May 2016 to October 2017, Mr. Bhatia served as the Executive Vice President of Silicon Operations at Western Digital Corporation. From March 2010 to May 2016, Mr. Bhatia held several executive roles at SanDisk Corporation, including Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations, until it was acquired by Western Digital in May 2016. Mr. Bhatia holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, each from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Since joining Micron in 2017, Bhatia has led the company's global operations, overseeing manufacturing and factory construction, supply chain, procurement, quality, information technology, artificial intelligence and global government affairs. During his tenure, Micron has built a more integrated, resilient and technology-enabled operating model and has demonstrated industry-recognized leadership in quality, AI and smart manufacturing.Mr. Bhatia has led the Company's global operations since joining Micron in 2017, overseeing manufacturing and factory construction, supply chain, procurement, quality, information technology, artificial intelligence and global government affairs. On August 26, 2026, Micron Technology, Inc. announced that Manish Bhatia the Company's current Executive Vice President, Global Operations, has been appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Mr. Murphy joined us in April 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From June 2016 to April 2022, Mr. Murphy served as the Chief Financial Officer of Qorvo, Inc. Prior to Qorvo, Mr. Murphy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Delphi Automotive PLC, and prior to Delphi, held executive roles at Praxair, Inc. and MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. Mr. Murphy currently serves on the Board of Directors of Albany International Corp. Mr. Murphy is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and holds an MBA from Harvard University and BS in Business from Marquette University.

Dr. DeBoer joined us in February 1995 and has served in various leadership positions since that time. Dr. DeBoer was named Executive Vice President, Technology Development in June 2017, named Executive Vice President, Technology & Products in September 2019, and named Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Products Officer in October 2024. Dr. DeBoer holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Physics from Iowa State University. He completed his undergraduate degree at Hastings College. Since joining Micron in 1995, DeBoer has been a driving force behind the company's technology and product portfolio. He has led the development and delivery of 15 technology nodes, helping Micron achieve industry-leading innovation and translate its technology leadership into an increasingly competitive product offering. DeBoer has also expanded and deepened Micron's technical partnerships with customers and suppliers, strengthening collaboration across the ecosystem and supporting the company's ability to deliver differentiated solutions at scale. Dr. DeBoer joined Micron in 1995 and has served in a variety of technical and managerial roles, most recently leading the Company's global technology development and engineering efforts. Dr. Scott DeBoer the Company's current Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Products Officer, has been appointed President and Chief Technology and Products Officer of the Company, effective 26th August 2026.

Lynn A. Dugle, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Engility Holdings Inc., an NYSE-listed engineering services firm, from March 2016 to January 2019. Prior to Engility, Ms. Dugle was Corporate Vice President, President of Intelligence and Information Systems of Raytheon Company from January 2009 to March 2015. Prior to joining JCI, Ms. Wright served in the Office of the Chair and was EVP Engineering, Sales and Program Management at Collins & Aikman from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Wright held several executive positions at Ford Motor Company, including Chief Engineer, from 2003 to 2005, and Director of Sustainable Mobility Technologies and Hybrid and Fuel Cell Vehicle Programs from 2004 to 2005. Within the past five years, Ms. Wright served on the Board of Directors of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. and Delphi Technologies. On March 11, 2024, the Board of Directors of Micron Technology, Inc. appointed Robert Swan as a member of the Board. A recognized leader with a distinguished career in the semiconductor, technology and industrial sectors, Swan currently serves as operating partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where he advises growth-stage portfolio companies. Swan's extensive background includes his tenure as CFO and later CEO of Intel Corporation, where he oversaw 110,000 employees and 78B in annual sales. Prior to joining Intel, as CFO of eBay, Swan played a significant role in driving the company's global expansion strategy. Swan also held notable roles as CFO at Electronic Data Systems Corp., TRW Inc., and Webvan Group, Inc., where he additionally served as COO and CEO. In addition to his new position at Micron, Swan is on the boards of several organizations, including the board of directors for Nike, Inc., Flexport and the board of commissioners of GoTo Group. He previously served on the board of directors for eBay, Applied Materials, Intel and Skype. Swan began his career at General Electric, where he spent 15 years in numerous senior finance roles, including divisional CFO for GE Transportation Systems, GE Healthcare Europe, and GE Lighting. Swan received his B.S. from the University at Buffalo and his M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He received his honorary doctorate from Binghamton in 2022. On March 5, 2025, the Board of Directors of Micron Technology, Inc. appointed Teyin Mark Liu as members of the Board. Liu spent over 30 years with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), where he held increasingly important leadership positions, including senior vice president (2004-2012), co-chief operations officer (2012-2013), president and co-CEO (2013-2018), and executive chairman (2018-2024). Under his leadership, TSMC became the world's largest semiconductor foundry. Currently, he is the founder and chairman of J&M Copper Beech Ventures, a multi-strategy investment fund. Liu began his career at Intel Corporation as part of the company's development of its 32-bit microprocessor technology. He then moved to AT&T Bell Laboratory where he conducted fundamental high-speed electronics research. Liu's other board commitments include the University of California, Berkeley Engineering Advisory Board. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University and master's and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley.

On March 5, 2025, the Board of Directors of Micron Technology, Inc. appointed Anna Christine Simons as members of the Board. Simons is a senior Audit & Assurance partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP. She is retiring from the company in May with nearly 30 years of experience serving technology clients worldwide. She has held several significant leadership roles at Deloitte while leading teams to address clients' most challenging problems, including global equity and debt offerings and enterprise-wide digital transformations. Simons recently led Deloitte's Global Semiconductor Center of Excellence, integrating the organization's multifaceted capabilities to serve global semiconductor clients across consulting, advisory, tax, and assurance. She also recently served as the U.S. Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industry leader for Deloitte's Audit & Assurance practice. Simons holds a bachelor's degree in international business and finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder, is a Certified Public Accountant in California, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. On June 9 2026 the Board of Directors of Micron Technology Inc appointed Alexis Black Bjorlin as a member of the Board Dr Bjorlin is a highly accomplished technology executive with deep experience spanning artificial intelligence infrastructure cloud platforms semiconductors networking and optical systems She is currently Chief Strategy Officer at General Catalyst Previously Dr Bjorlin served as senior vice president and general manager of DGX Cloud at NVIDIA She has also held senior leadership roles at several other leading technology companies including vice president of infrastructure at Meta Platforms senior vice president and general manager of the Optical Systems division at Broadcom corporate vice president of Intels Data Center Group and president of Source Photonics Dr Bjorlin has served on the boards of Digital Realty Astera Labs Celestial AI and the Global Semiconductor Alliance Dr Bjorlin holds a Bachelor of Science in materials science and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD in materials science from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Mr. Ray joined us in January 2024 as our Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. From September 2000 to January 2024, Mr. Ray served as the Chief Legal Officer of Western Digital Corporation, and prior to that, held several leadership roles at Western Digital Corporation, including Senior Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Vice President of Legal Services, and General Counsel. Mr. Ray holds a BA in Classics from Harvard College and a JD from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Cordano joined us in January 2025 as our Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales. Mr. Cordano served as Partner at Prime Impact Capital from September 2020 to December 2024 and as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Prime Impact Acquisition I from July 2020 to October 2023. Prior to that, from October 2015 to August 2020, Mr. Cordano served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Digital Corporation. Mr. Cordano holds a BS from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
