Mr. Marcos Galperin has spent the majority of his career at Mercado Libre, where he has served as Executive Chairman of the Board since 2026 and previously held the roles of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2025. Earlier in his career, he worked in the fixed income department at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. from June to August 1998, and served as a Futures and Options Associate at YPF S.A., an integrated oil company, from 1994 to 1997. Within the past five years, he served on the public boards of Satellogic from 2022 to 2025 and Televisa S.A.B. from 2017 to 2021, and his other affiliations include being a member of the JP Morgan International Council and a Board Member of Endeavor Argentina. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, graduated with honors, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Osvaldo Gimenez has been our Fintech President since August 2020. Prior to this appointment, he was responsible for Mercado Pago operations, a position to which he was appointed in February 2004. Mr. Gimenez joined MercadoLibre in January 2000 as country manager of Argentina and Chile. Before joining us, Mr. Gimenez was an associate in Booz Allen and Hamilton and worked for Santander Investments in New York.EDUCATION Master of Business Administration, Stanford University . Daniel Rabinovich has been our President of Technology and Operations since 2026. Prior to this appointment, he served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a position to which he was appointed in 2020. Prior to this appointment, he served as our Chief Technology Officer, a position to which he was appointed in 2011. Before his appointment as Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Rabinovich served as our Vice President of product development since 2009, and as Director of Product Development from 2007 to 2009, having joined MercadoLibre in March 2000 as an application developer. Ariel Szarfsztejn has been our Chief Executive Officer since January 2026. From April 2024 to December 2025, he served as Commerce President. Prior to this appointment, he served as an Executive Vice President of Commerce, a position to which he was appointed in January 2022. He joined MercadoLibre in 2017 as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Then, from 2018 to 2020, he was Vice President of Mercado Envios, and from 2020 to 2021, Senior Vice President and head of Mercado Envios. Before joining MercadoLibre, Mr. Szarfsztejn worked at Despegar.com where he was responsible for managing the hotels business unit. Mr. Emiliano Calemzuk is the Chief Executive Officer of Reshet Media Ltd., a leading commercial broadcaster in Israel, a role he has held since March 2024. He has also served as an advisor to Sony Music and Sony Pictures Entertainment in India. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of 890 Fifth Avenue Partners, LLC from 2020 to 2021, and Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of RAZE, a media startup focused on the Hispanic market, from 2017 to 2020. Earlier in his career at News Corporation/Fox, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Shine Group Americas from September 2010 to January 2012, President of Fox Television Studios from 2007 to 2010, President of Fox International Channels Europe from 2002 to 2007, and Vice President and Deputy Managing Director of Fox Latin American Channels from 1998 to 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated cum laude.

Mr. Alejandro Nicolas Aguzin served as Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. from 2021 to 2024 and was a member of its Board of Directors during the same period. Prior to this, he had an extensive career at J.P. Morgan, where he held senior leadership roles including CEO of the firm's International Private Bank from 2020 to 2021, member of the Operating Committee for the Asset & Wealth Management business from 2020 to 2021, CEO for the Asia Pacific Region from 2012 to 2020, CEO for J.P. Morgan Latin America from 2005 to 2012, Senior Country Officer for Brazil from 2008 to 2009, Head of Latin America Investment Banking Coverage, Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets from 2002 to 2005, Head of the Latin America Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York from 2000 to 2002, and a member of the same group from 1996 to 2002. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Investment Banking team in Buenos Aires from 1992 to 1996, the Corporate Finance Services Group in New York from 1991 to 1992, and as a Financial Analyst in the Credit Group in Buenos Aires from 1990 to 1991. Within the past five years, he has served on the public boards of HKEX (2021-2024), Globant S.A. (since 2024), and Pampa Energia S.A. (since April 2026).He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Stelleo Passos Tolda built his career at Mercado Libre, where he held several senior leadership roles over more than two decades, including serving as Commerce President from 2020 to 2022, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2019, and Senior Vice President and the Company's Country Manager of Brazil from 1999 to 2009. Earlier in his career, he worked at Lehman Brothers Inc. in 1999, Banco Pactual from 1996 to 1997, and Banco Icatu from 1994 to 1996. Within the past five years, he has served on the boards of Diagnosticos da America S.A. (since 2023) and Arco Educacao (2020-2023). He holds a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School (Online), a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, and both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.Mr. Stelleo Passos Tolda is currently Independent Director of company whose term expiring on 2026 Annual Meeting.

Mr. Richard Sanders is a Partner at Permira, a global private equity firm he joined in 1999, and serves as a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Investment Committee for its Flagship and Growth Opportunities funds, in each case as co-Chair. He previously served as Co-head of the Technology Sector Investment Team until 2023. Earlier in his career, he worked at Morgan Stanley in the M&A and High Yield Capital Markets divisions. Within the past five years, he has served on the public board of Allegro S.A. (since 2020). He holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and a Master of Arts in Literae Humaniores (Classics) from Oxford University.

Ms. Susan L. Sega is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Americas Society and Council of the Americas (AS/COA), a position she has held since August 2003. Prior to this role, she was a Partner and Head of the Latin American Group at J.P. Morgan Partners/Chase Capital Partners, and earlier served at Chase Bank and its predecessor banks as a Senior Managing Director focused on Emerging Markets Investment Banking and Capital Markets. She has served on public company boards including Vista Oil and Gas S.A.B de C.V. (since 2017), Ribbit Leap, Ltd. (2020-2022), Scotiabank (2011-2023), and Robinhood Markets, Inc. (since 2024), and her other affiliations include serving as Director of the Americas Society / Council of the Americas and the Tinker Foundation, membership on the Advisory Board of the Bretton Woods Committee and the Council of Foreign Relations, and previously serving as Chairperson of Scotiabank USA until 2023. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from Sarah Lawrence College.

Mr. Henrique Dubugras is the Co-founder and Chairman of Brex, Inc., a company focused on reimagining financial systems to help growing companies realize their full potential. He is also a Co-founder of Pagar.me, an online payments company, as well as EduqueMe, an educational crowdfunding company aimed at sponsoring Latin American students in United States colleges, and Estudar nos EUA, a company dedicated to disseminating information and opportunities related to studying abroad. Within the past five years, he has served on the public board of Expedia Group (since 2023). He studied Computer Science at Stanford University from 2016 to 2017.

Mr. Martin Lawson has built a long career at Mercado Libre, where he served as Advisor to the Board of Directors from 2022 to 2025 and previously held several senior roles, including Marketplace VIS Vice President from 2009 to 2022, Classifieds Director from 2005 to 2022, and Marketing and PR Manager from 1999 to 2004. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Marketing Associate at AB InBev from 1997 to 1999 and began his professional career at Deloitte as an Associate in the Audit Division from 1994 to 1996. He is affiliated with Endeavor Argentina, where he serves as a mentor. He completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business, holds a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Marcelo Melamud is a Senior Vice President and has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since August 2008. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Melamud served as our Vice President - Administration and Control, a position to which he was appointed in April 2008. From July 2004 through March 2008, he served as the Director of Finance of MDM Hotel Group, a developer, owner and operator of Marriott branded hotels in Miami, Florida. From July 1998 through July 2004, Mr. Melamud worked in various finance roles for Fidelity Investments, a provider of investment products and services. During his work at Fidelity Investments, Mr. Melamud served as the Director of Finance of the World Trade Center Boston/Seaport Hotel and he also served as the Director of Finance of MetroRed Telecom Group Ltd., a fiber-optic telecommunication provider of data, value added and hosting services within Latin America.EDUCATION Masters of Business Administration, Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College Certified Public Accountant in Argentina.

Mr. Nicolas Galperin founded Onslow Capital Management Limited, a London-based investment management company, where he served as Founder from 2006 to 2018. Prior to establishing Onslow Capital Management, he spent more than a decade at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated from 1994 to 2006, serving as Managing Director and Head of Trading and Risk Management for the London Emerging Markets Trading Desk, and working as a trader of high-yield bonds, emerging markets bonds, and derivatives in both New York and London. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, graduated with honors, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Agustin Costa has served as Executive Vice President of Shipping since January 2026. Prior to this appointment, he led the logistics network planning and development team and originally joined MercadoLibre in 2022. Before joining MercadoLibre, he spent nearly 17 years at the Boston Consulting Group, where he served as Managing Director and Partner and led the Operations and Industrial Goods practice for the Spanish-speaking Southern Cone. He holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Harvard Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from ITBA.

Martin de los Santos has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2024. Prior to his appointment, he served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a position to which he was appointed in August 2023. He joined MercadoLibre in 2013 as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Then, from 2017 to 2023, Mr. de los Santos was Senior Vice President of Mercado Credito. Before joining MercadoLibre, Mr. de los Santos held positions at Vostu, IMPSA, Merrill Lynch, McKinsey & Co. and Goldman Sachs. Juan Martin de la Serna is an Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Affairs and is President of our Argentina business since 2020. Prior to this appointment, he served as Business Development Manager from 1999 until 2001, Head of Category Management from 2001 to 2004, Country Manager responsible for overseeing the Company's operations in Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, Panama and Dominican Republic from 2004 to 2012 and Senior Vice President of Mercado Envios from 2012 to 2020. Before joining us, Mr. de la Serna worked in financial markets for more than 10 years. He was also President of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce (Camara Argentina de Comercio Electronico) (CACE) in 2009.EDUCATION Economics degree, University of Buenos Aires.

Fernando Yunes has served as Executive Vice President of Marketplace since January 2026. He joined MercadoLibre in 2020 and has played an instrumental role in strengthening the Company's leadership in Brazil, as well as leading the integration of the marketplace, financial services, digital advertising, and logistics departments. Prior to joining MercadoLibre, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sem Parar, where he led the company's digital transformation and market expansion, and earlier in his career he held senior roles at Whirlpool, Bain & Company, and Promon, bringing more than 25 years of experience across technology, consumer goods, and strategic consulting. He completed Executive Education Programs at Hyper Island and Kellogg Executive Education, holds a Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Unicamp, and a degree in Business Administration from PUC-Campinas.
