Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Tim Tatum assumed his role on March 1, 2016. In his position Tatum is responsible for the management of economic regulatory activities in both the Idaho and Oregon retail jurisdictions and with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Tatum began his career with Idaho Power in 1996 in the company's Customer Service department. He spent six years there before assuming the role of economic analyst supporting the implementation of Idaho Power's energy efficiency programs. In 2004 he joined the Regulatory Affairs department as a regulatory analyst, and has served as a company witness in numerous regulatory proceedings relating to revenue requirements and rate design as well as the company's energy efficiency program activities. Tatum was promoted to cost of service manager in 2008. In that role he was responsible for the company's revenue requirement determinations and other cost of service studies used to support the ratemaking process. In 2015, Tatum was promoted to general manager of regulatory affairs where his responsibilities broadened to include rate design, integrated resource planning and matters related to power purchases under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act, or PURPA. Tatum holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics and Master of Business Administration from Boise State University. He completed the University of Idaho Utility Executive Course in 2012.

Mr. Jorgensen has served as the CEO of Boise Cascade Company since 2020. During his time with Boise Cascade, he has held a number of roles. In 2017, he was named Senior Vice President where he led the EWP sales and marketing organization. In January 2019, he was named Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for overseeing the Wood Products and Building Materials Distribution divisions. Mr. Jorgensen earned his bachelor's degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Wisconsin and attended the Tuck School of Business Executive Education Program at Dartmouth University.

Dr. Peters is the President and CEO of MITRE, a global not-for-profit technology company. He was previously the Executive Vice President for Laboratory Operations at Battelle Memorial Institute, with responsibilities for governance and oversight of the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Homeland Security national laboratories for which Battelle has a significant lab management role. Prior to that, he was the director of Idaho National Laboratory and president of Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC. Prior to joining Battelle, he served as the associate laboratory director for Energy and Global Security at Argonne National Laboratory.

On February 13, 2025, the board of directors of the company appointed Scott W. Madison as a member of the boards of directors, effective immediately. Madison is vice chairman of the Idaho Governor's Cup and is a member of the Idaho Judicial Council, the University of Idaho Foundation, and the Idaho Energy Resources Authority. Madison is a past director and chairman of the Northwest Gas Association. He is also a past director and chairman of the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry and the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce. His board experience also includes the Association of Washington Business, the Western Energy Institute, Idaho Ducks Unlimited, and the Better Business Bureau of Idaho. Madison is a certified public accountant who graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in economics. Prior to working for Intermountain Gas Company, he was a senior manager with Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Michael J. Kennedy is a nominee director of our company. Mr. Kennedy is a leader of both global financial institutions and cutting-edge fintech startups. He was the founder and CEO of Zelle, the largest digital person-to-person payments system in the US, and former CEO of Interstellar and Velo. Previously, he was President of OFX North America, an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo serving as head of innovation and payments strategy, and a Manager at McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, he was with Advantage Capital Partners engaging in venture capital transactions and with Vail Resorts, Inc. managing strategy, business development, and acquisitions. Mr. Kennedy serves on advisory boards for startups, including EFEX (international payments), Stellar Development Foundation (blockchain network supporting cross border payments), and Verrency (innovative payment solutions for financial institutions).

IDACORP, Inc. has announced the election of Sharon L. Miller to serve on the Board of Directors of IDACORP and Idaho Power. Miller retired in 2025 as President, North America, of Lamb Weston, a leading global producer, distributor, and marketer of frozen potato products headquartered in Idaho. Miller previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Lamb Weston Global Business Unit, overseeing Lamb Weston's domestic and global businesses after its spin-off from ConAgra Brands. She also held various sales and business leadership roles with ConAgra Brands. Miller is a graduate of the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, and received her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
