Mr. Michael John Fraser joined Gold Fields as CEO on 1 January 2024, based at the Corporate Office in Johannesburg. Following an early career in industrial services Mike joined the mining sector in 2001 in BHP's human resources department. He rose through the ranks at BHP to head the Mozal Aluminium Smelter project in Mozambique in 2009 and thereafter was appointed the group's President Human Resources, based in Melbourne. When BHP created South32 in 2015, Mike became President and Chief Operating Officer of its global aluminium, nickel and South African manganese and energy coal businesses. In 2022, he was appointed CEO of Chaarat Gold, an AIM-listed junior gold miner, a position he held until his appointment to Gold Fields.

Kelly Carter, LLB (Hons), University of Bristol, UK; GAICD, Executive Vice-President: Legal and Governance. Ms. Carter joined Gold Fields in 2011, holding prior roles in legal, compliance, and corporate affairs as part of the Australian executive team prior to her current appointment in 2023. Ms. Carter is a dual-qualified lawyer having over 20 years' legal experience in both the UK and Australia, with an extensive background across the gold and nickel sectors, including having served as board member and Chair of the Gold Industry Group.

Chris Gratias, HBA (Hons with Distinction), Western University, Canada. Executive Vice President: Strategy & Corporate Development. Mr. Gratias joined Gold Fields in September 2024. He is an experienced global investment banking professional and capital markets executive who has been involved in many of the transformative transactions in the mining industry over the past 25 years. Prior to joining Gold Fields, Mr. Gratias was the Global Head of Mining at CIBC Capital Markets where he led a global team with offices in the major mining centres around the world

Jongisa Magagula, B Bus Sci (Hons Finance), Accounting, Economics, Finance, University of Cape Town. Executive Vice-President: External Affairs. Ms. Magagula joined Gold Fields in 2023. Ms. Magagula has 20 years of mining and investment banking experience with a focus on the mining sector, having previously served as the Executive Director for Investor Relations and New Business Development at African Rainbow Minerals.

Mariette Steyn, B.Eng (Chem), University of Stellenbosch; MDP, Gordon Institute of Business ScienceExecutive Vice President: People & Sustainability: Ms. Steyn joined Gold Fields in 2024. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Health and Safety Culture at South32, where she also led functions such as Group Risk and Assurance, Group Supply and Regional Planning and Projects. With a distinguished career spanning 28 years, Ms. Steyn has undertaken various operational, project and functional roles within AngloGold Ashanti, BHP and Samancor across multiple regions, including Australia, Southern Africa, and the Americas

Francois Swanepoel, BEng (Electrical and Electronic Engineering), University of Johannesburg; BSc (Information Technology), University of JohannesburgChief Technical Officer. Mr. Swanepoel joined Gold Fields in 1991. Mr. Swanepoel has more than 30 years' experience in mining and processing, obtained across Gold Fields' operations in South Africa, Australia, Ghana, Peru and Chile in a range of operational, project and regional consulting roles. Mr. Swanepoel has been integrally involved in the conceptualisation and development of the Salares Norte operation in Chile, both as study manager and later as the Head of the Technical and Improvement team.

Alex became Gold Fields full-time CFO and Executive Director on 1 March 2025, after having acted as Interim CFO since April 2024. He joined Gold Fields in 2014, focusing on SOX and technical accounting work in the Finance Department. After gaining wider experience, he was promoted to VP Corporate Finance in 2022, responsible for the funding requirements of the Group. Prior to Gold Fields, Alex Dall worked at KPMG, where he completed his articles in the energy and natural resources department.

Yunus GH Suleman, BCom, University of KwaZulu-Natal (formerly Durban Westville); BCompt (Hons), University of South Africa, CA(SA); CD(SA)Mr Suleman was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Gold Fields with effect from 1 September 2016 and now serves as the Chair of the Board of Gold Fields Limited, effective 1 June 2022. Mr Suleman also serves as the chairman of Liberty Holdings Ltd and Liberty Group Limited and the Chair of Albaraka Bank Limited. He has over 35 years' experience in the accounting and auditing profession and, in the last eight years, as an independent non-executive director. He is a chartered accountant and member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a chartered director and member of the Institute of Directors South Africa. Previously, he has been chairman of KPMG - South Africa. Mr Suleman was also a partner at Arthur Andersen for 11 years before joining KPMG in 2002, after its merger with Arthur Andersen. Mr Suleman held various roles at Arthur Andersen, including managing partner of its Audit and Consulting practice in Nigeria and managing partner of South Africa's audit practice. Mr Suleman was a director of Tiger Brands Limited until November 2018.

Philisiwe Sibiya , BCom (Hons), University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN); CA(SA) Appointed to the Board: 2021 Experience and expertise: Executive management, finance, telecommunications Ms Sibiya, a seasoned business executive, has nearly 20 years of management experience across Africa. After holding various senior financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at MTN South Africa, she successfully transitioned into the role of CEO for MTN Cameroon - the first female appointed into a CEO position within the MTN Group. She is the founder and CEO of Shingai Group, and a non-executive board member of JSE-listed AECI Limited, Investec PLC and Investec Ltd.

Jacqueline E McGill, BSC Metallurgy, Murdoch University; MBA, La Trobe University; Honorary Doctorate, Adelaide UniversityMs McGill was appointed as a director of Gold Fields on 22 November 2021. Ms McGill has more than 30 years of operational leadership experience in the mining and resource sectors. Ms McGill also held chief executive level roles within BHP for both BHP Mitsui Coal and Olympic Dam Corporation. She currently serves on the Boards of ASX listed New Hope Corporation, Mineral Resources Limited and 29 Metals, where she serves as Chair of Sustainability. She has an honorary doctorate for her work in gender equity in the resources sector.

Alhassan Andani, MA Banking and Finance, Finafrica Institute, Italy; BSc Agriculture, University of GhanaMr Andani was appointed as a director of Gold Fields on 1 August 2016. He is currently a Founding Partner at LVSafrica Limited and a Board member at Stanbic Holdings and Teachers Fund of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT). Mr Andani holds an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Development Studies, Ghana. Ms Bassa,, CA(SA); Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, University of Durban Westville; Bachelor of Accounting, University of Durban Westville Appointed to the Board:August 2024 Experience and expertise: Audit; Financial Accounting Standards; Financial Services; Risk; Remuneration; Corporate Governance Ms Bassa, a South African and qualified Chartered Accountant, has extensive corporate and regulatory accounting experience. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of the JSE Ltd. She previously served as lead independent director of Investec Plc and Investec Ltd, Woolworths Holdings and was an NED of Kumba Iron Ore, Mediclinic International, Oceana Group, Mercedes Benz SA, Sun International and Vodacom South Africa. Ms Bassa was a partner of Ernst & Young. after which she joined the Absa Group in 2002, where she served as an Executive Director of Absa Bank, a member of the group's Executive Committee, and Head of the Private Bank. From an accounting industry perspective, she has chaired the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors and the Auditing Standards Board and has served on the boards of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Financial Services Board and the Accounting Standards Board.

Carel AT Smit, B.Compt and CTA, University of the Free State; Higher Diploma in Tax Law, University of the Witwatersrand Appointed to the Board: 2023 Experience and expertise: Accounting and auditing, mergers and acquisitions, management Mr Smit was appointed as director of Gold Fields on 1 June 2023. He spent 35 years in the audit profession with KPMG and has extensive experience in audit, tax and advisory with a strong focus on the mining sector across Africa, South America, and Australia. Mr Smit was KPMG's lead partner on the Gold Fields audit from 2010 to 2017. He retired from KPMG in 2019 and has since been working as an independent consultant.

Terence P Goodlace, MBA, University of Wales; BCom, University of South Africa; NHDip (Metalliferous Mining) Witwatersrand, Witwatersrand TechnikonMr Goodlace was appointed as a director of Gold Fields with effect from 1 July 2016. Mr Goodlace's mining career commenced in 1977, spanning more than 43 years working with different organisations. He has previously served as both an Executive Vice-President and the Chief Operating Officer for Gold Fields, having returned to the Company to serve as an independent non-executive director. He has experience serving as chief executive officer at Impala Platinum Holdings Limited and Metorex Limited. He served on the Impala Platinum Holdings Limited board for two years as an independent non-executive director and four and a half years as an executive director. He spent three years as an executive director of Metorex Limited. Mr Goodlace is Chairman at Kumba Iron Ore, effective 23 June 2021. He has been a non-executive director at Andrada Mining Limited (listed on the AIM) since May 2018.

Maria Cristina Bitar, BA (Economics ) Dartmouth College; MBA, Universidad de Chile and Tulane UniversityMs Bitar was appointed as a non-executive director of Gold Fields on 1 May 2022. She is President of Azerta, one of Chile's leading strategic communications and public affairs agencies, which also operates in Peru. Ms Bitar has 25 years of experience working as a consultant, specialising in public affairs, crisis management, communications and sustainability. She has more than 15 years of board experience in large publicly traded companies in Chile and abroad with proven experience working within the mining sector.

Ms McCrae, Honours Bachelor of Science, Geology, University of Western Ontario; P.Geo, Ontario; ICD.D, Directors' Education Programme, Institute of Corporate, Appointed to the Board: August 2024, Experience and expertise: Exploration; Management; Geology; Innovation & Digital Transformation; Business Development Ms McCrae, a Canadian, is a seasoned professional geologist and mining executive with more than 25 years of experience in the resources industry, having held senior executive positions at Barrick Gold and De Beers Canada. Her expertise spans from early-stage exploration activities, with a track record of driving economic discoveries, to mine sites in a number of leading mining jurisdictions. She also serves as a board member of Probe Gold and Fuerte Metals (previously Atacama Copper). Shannon was previously a NED of Boart Longyear and Vox Royalty.

Michael Rawlinson is a highly experienced mining finance professional and non-executive director with deep sector expertise spanning M&A, capital markets, and board governance. He has served on the boards of several listed mining companies including Adriatic Metals, Capital Limited, and Andrada Mining. Michael was most recently Senior Independent Director of Hochschild Mining plc, where he chaired the Remuneration Committee and contributed across audit, nominations, and sustainability functions. He brings more than two decades of investment banking experience, having held senior roles at Barclays, Liberum Capital (where he was a founding partner), and JP Morgan Cazenove. Notable career highlights include advising on major transactions for Glencore, Anglo American, and Sibanye Gold. Michael holds a first-class honours degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham and a Master's degree in Environmental and Resource Economics from University College London. He currently chairs Adriatic Metals plc and continues to advise mining-focused firms and investors on capital allocation, governance, and strategic development. He joined the Gold Fields Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 August 2025.

John MacKenzie is a seasoned mining executive with more than 35 years of operational and investment experience in the global resources sector. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Capstone Copper, having led the company from March 2022 to May 2025 following the merger of Capstone Mining and Mantos Copper, which he founded in 2015. His extensive leadership tenure includes serving as CEO Mining at Audley Capital, CEO Copper and member of the executive committee at Anglo American plc, and CEO Zinc at Anglo Base Metals. John's early career began in deep-level gold mining in South Africa, and his professional footprint spans Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Namibia, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and the United States. He served as a non-executive director and Chair of the Project Assurance Committee at Kaz Minerals plc from 2015 to 2021. He holds a Master of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Jason Sander, Acting Chief Technical Officer, Gold Fields Jason is a Mining Engineer (Bachelor of Engineering (Hons)) from University of NSW with 30 years of mining industry experience. Jason has over 20 years of experience with Gold Fields, most recently as Vice President - Mining & Long-Term Planning where he was responsible for the Group Operating Plans and Reserve Competent Person across the Gold Fields Portfolio. His prior experience includes senior positions across Gold Fields. Jason brings extensive operational and technical experience leadership across open pit and underground operations across Gold, Copper, Nickel and Iron Ore Mines in diverse operating models.

Ms. Weststrate joined Gold Fields and became Company Secretary of Gold Fields in 2020. Prior to joining Gold Fields, Ms. Weststrate was company secretary for SekelaXabiso CA Inc., and legal adviser and company secretary for EVRAZ Highveld Steel and Vanadium Limited. Ms. Weststrate is an admitted advocate in the High Court of South Africa, and her prior experience includes a career in the public sector as a public prosecutor in the Departments of Justice and National Prosecuting Authority of South Africa.
