Mr. Babcock joined the Bank in 2014 as Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank and President of Private Wealth Management. Mr. Babcock has over 41 years of experience in commercial and wealth management/private bank businesses in New York City and regional markets through mergers, expansions, rapid growth and periods of significant organizational change. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Babcock was the managing director of the Northeast Mid-Atlantic region for the HSBC Private Bank. Mr. Babcock graduated from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and has an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Babcock holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses.

Mr. Cavallaro joined the Bank in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Cavallaro had previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Republic First Bancorp, Inc. since 2009. Mr. Cavallaro, served as a vice president in the finance department for Commerce Bank, N.A. and its successor TD Bank, N.A. from 1997 to 2009. Mr. Cavallaro, a certified public accountant, has more than twenty-seven years of experience in the financial services industry and, prior to that, three years of experience in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Cavallaro has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University School of Business, Camden, New Jersey.

Mr. Smith joined the Bank in April 2019 as Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial Banking. Mr. Smith was promoted to President of Commercial Banking in January 2021 and oversees commercial banking across the organization including: C&I, commercial real estate and multifamily lending, equipment finance, investment banking and corporate advisory, the Bank's platinum service team and professional services group, residential lending, the small business administration team, and treasury management and escrow services. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Smith served as group sales executive for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for Capital One Bank and was also a senior regional vice president for Summit Bank. Mr. Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an M.B.A in Business Administration from Rider University.

Mr. Plante joined the Bank in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Plante previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Israel Discount Bank New York. Mr. Plante also served as Chief Information Officer at CIT Group and also held senior leadership positions at GE Capital Global Consumer Finance and with the Geary Corporation, a privately held IT consulting Company. Mr. Plante has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Vermont.

Dr. Susan A. Cole, Retired; Former President of Montclair State University. Dr. Cole has 23 years of experience as President of Montclair State University (the second largest university in New Jersey, with approximately 20,000 students), which is invaluable to the oversight of Bank operations.

Mr. Peter D. Horst, Retired; Former Chief Executive Officer of PSB, a global research-based consultancy; 31 years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer across diverse industries in consumer and business products, services and technology for market leaders such as General Mills, US West, Hershey, Capital One and Ameritrade.

Ms. Ellen C. Walsh, Retired; Former Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Advisory practice for the U.S. Insurance Sector, New York City; Former member of the PwC Board of Partners and Principals; Served as the Governance Committee Chair and member of the Management Evaluation and Compensation Committee.

On September 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation appointed Francesco Rossi, as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Corporation and Peapack-Gladstone Bank, the Corporation's bank subsidiary, effective immediately. Mr. Rossi began his career with KPMG, spending five years focused on the audit of financial institutions. He then joined Sound Federal Savings Bank of New York, spending five years as Vice President, Controller, until the Bank was merged into Hudson City Bank of New Jersey. Frank then spent 10 years with Hudson City Bank, within financial reporting and progressing to Principal Accounting Officer (i.e. Chief Accounting Officer) for his last 18 months with the Company, until its merger into M&T Bank. At Hudson City, Mr. Rossi was responsible for the development and preparation of internal, public, and regulatory reporting, financial analyses, the internal control environment, and accounting and tax functions. A resident of Peekskill, New York, Mr. Rossi earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and is currently a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs. He is an active volunteer for Jan Peek homeless shelter in Peekskill, New York providing meals for those in need.
