Ms. Nadine Duchemin-Leslie is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in the Water Industry. She was appointed President and CEO of Middlesex effective March 1, 2024. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of SUEZ North America from 2019 to 2022. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing one of North America's leading environmental companies, with revenues over $1.1 billion, providing water and recycling and recovery services to 6.6 million people in the United States and Canada. The scope of her responsibilities included 15 regulated water utilities, 65 municipal contracts through innovative public-private partnerships and the long-term asset management contracts for water storage facilities, serving more than 4,000 municipal and industrial clients. Ms. Leslie has served on the Boards of Provident Financial Services, Inc. and Provident Bank since June 2021, the Board of Hackensack Meridian Health since July 2020, and the Board of Syensqo SA/NV until July 2025. Ms. Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree of Science in civil engineering from the Faculte des Sciences in Haiti and completed an internship/scholarship program in urban planning at La Cambre University in Belgium.
Mr. Zerhouni, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the Company in June 2024 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He was most recently the Senior Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer of SJW Group. Prior to joining SJW Group, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Veolia North America's regulated utility business. Mr. Zerhouni served in various roles of increasing responsibility up to Senior Manager in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Zerhouni attended Franklin University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration.
Mr. Sorensen joined the Company in December 2024 as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sorensen served as President, West Region at Liberty Utilities where he led a team of 800 professionals delivering safe and reliable water, wastewater, and electric service in Arizona, California, Texas and Chile. At Liberty, Mr. Sorensen had nearly 20 years of progressive leadership roles including in accounting, customer service, engineering, operations and general management. Before joining Liberty, Mr. Sorensen worked in various roles in accounting and finance for an international call center company in Arizona and in public accounting in North Carolina and Georgia. Mr. Sorensen attended Wake Forest University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Mr. Kooper joined the Company in 2014 as Vice President and General Counsel and serves as Secretary for the Company and all subsidiaries. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kooper held various positions in private and public entities as well as in private law practice, representing electric, gas, water, wastewater, telephone and cable companies as well as municipalities and private clients before 17 state public utility commissions and legislatures, federal agencies and federal and state appellate courts. Mr. Kooper serves as a volunteer director on selected non-profit utility industry-related Boards including the New Jersey State Bar Association's Public Utility Law Section (current Consulter and Past Chairman) and serves as the Chairman of the National Association of Water Companies' New Jersey Chapter. Mr. Kooper also serves on other non-profit boards based in New Jersey, including as President of Temple B'Nai Abraham in Livingston, New Jersey and as a Director of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation's New Jersey Chapter.
Ms. Simpson joined the Company in 2009, was named Assistant Vice President-Information Technology in January 2019 and promoted to Vice President- Information Technology in July 2019. In April 2022, Ms. Simpson was named Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Simpson held various Information Technology positions and has gained an extensive array of technical and business computer certifications. Previously she worked in the RWJBarnabas Health system for 17 years having served in a variety of roles including: Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer of RWJBarnabas Health, RWJBarnabas Health - President of the Southern Region, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Children's Specialized Hospital. Dr. Joshua Bershad, M.D. is Executive Vice President, Physician Services of RWJBarnabas Health and Chief Medical Officer of Rutgers Athletics. In addition to his roles with RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers Athletics, Dr. Bershad teaches in multiple capacities at Rutgers University, including as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, as Adjunct Clinical Professor at Rutgers-Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, and as Visiting Lecturer at Rutgers Business School EMBA Program. Previously, he served in multiple senior executive roles within Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital & Health System, including Senior Vice President/Chief Medical Officer and Chair of the Medical Executive Committee. He was the organizer and initial President of RWJ Physician Enterprise, a multispecialty physician group. Dr. Bershad is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Robert Wood Johnson Visiting Nurses. He also is a member of the Board of Trustees of the VNA Health Group. Dr. Bershad attended both Rutgers Medical School and Rutgers Business School where he received his MD and MBA, respectively. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Geology from the State University of New York (SUNY) Binghamton.
Ms. Kim C. Hanemann was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSE&G) effective June 30, 2021. PSE&G is one of the largest combined electric and gas companies in the United States and is New Jersey's oldest and largest publicly owned utility. Previously she had been Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for PSE&G's electric, gas and customer operations, as well as the Company's asset management and centralized services. She also oversaw the on-time, on-scope and on-budget execution of the company's large construction projects. Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Hanemann held numerous leadership positions in both electric and gas field operations and in utility support operations. Ms. Hanemann is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the New Jersey Utilities Association. She was previously a member of the Board of Trustees of Children's Specialized Hospital. Ms. Hanemann earned her Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Walter G. Reinhard served as a partner of the law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. prior to his retirement from the active practice of law and partnership in the firm on December 31, 2014. Mr. Reinhard had been with the firm since 1984 and practiced administrative, environmental and regulatory law involving public utilities. He brings over 40 years of legal experience to the Board including expertise in handling regulatory matters before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. During his tenure at Norris McLaughlin, Mr. Reinhard's professional affiliations included the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Public Utility Law Section (Chair, 1988-89), the Water Utility Council of the American Water Works Association, New Jersey Chapter, and the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Water Companies. Ms. Ann L. Noble is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience in healthcare and insurance. Before retiring, she worked as a Financial Consultant specializing in strategic planning, financial management, and contract negotiation. Previously, she was President and CEO of Qual-Lynx and Vice President of Workers' Compensation at QualCare, subsidiaries of Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company, where she led a regional claims services and managed care organization for 14 years. Earlier, Ms. Noble served as Vice President of Finance at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for a decade, during which she was also on the Board of Directors of QualCare. She spent eight years at Ernst & Young, progressing to Senior Manager in healthcare financial consulting after starting in audit. Since 2014, Ms. Noble has been on the Board of Directors of Manasquan Bank, currently chairing the Strategic Planning Committee. A founding member and Treasurer of the Val Skinner Foundation since 1999, she has helped raise over $10 million for breast cancer initiatives.

Cosgrove, Jr is the President of One Water Consulting, LLC, a company providing water resource solutions, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance support to public and private sector entities. Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President and Principal of Kleinfelder, a firm offering consulting in engineering design, environmental analysis, geotechnical engineering, construction management, and remediation to its water, transportation, energy, and other private infrastructure clients throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia. A Professional Engineer licensed in the State of New Jersey, Mr. Cosgrove has nearly 40 years' experience in the field of environmental engineering and science with extensive background in water quality monitoring/modeling and environmental impact analysis. Mr. Cosgrove formerly served as Principal and Founder of Omni Environmental LLC, an environmental consulting firm based in Princeton, NJ. Mr. Cosgrove's professional affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Water Resources Association, American Water Works Association, National Society of Professional Engineers, and Water Environment Federation, among others. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Environmental Authorities and is a member and past Chair of the New Jersey Clean Water Council. (Con Edison), where he oversaw Con Edison's accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, treasury and enterprise risk management functions, and led Con Edison's mergers and acquisitions efforts. Previously, Mr. Hoglund served as the Head of the North American Power Coverage Group and Managing Director of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Citigroup, Inc., where he advised boards of directors on public utility company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. Mr. Hoglund is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, a member of the Board of Directors of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Treasurer and Board member of the Citizens Budget Commission and the Finance Chair of the Orchestra of St. Lukes. Middlesex Water Company has announced the appointment of Tatyana Kaplan as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 26, 2026. Mrs. Kaplan was most recently the Director of Accounting for Veolia North America regulated utility business where she led the regulatory accounting and reporting across six different jurisdictions. In addition, she played a critical role in the development and execution of the accounting and finance transformation roadmap. Prior to joining Veolia, she was the Associate Manager at Prudential Financial, Inc. responsible for external financial reporting. Prior to joining Prudential Financial, Inc., she was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the power and utilities sector. Mrs. Kaplan is a Certified Public Accountant. She attended Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting.
Mr. Capko, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the Company in 2009 as Corporate Controller. On March 28, 2023, Mr. Capko was appointed Principal Accounting Officer of Middlesex. Mr. Capko is also a Director and Treasurer of Tidewater and White Marsh and Controller of USA, USA-PA, Pinelands Water and Pinelands Wastewater. Mr. Patrick, a licensed professional engineer, joined Tidewater in February 2002 as Vice President of Engineering. He was promoted to Vice President and General Manager in April 2012, Executive Vice President in April 2023, and President in December 2023. Mr. Patrick has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, planning and design. Prior to joining Tidewater, he served as Kent County, Delaware Public Works Director and County Engineer where he had overall responsibility for the County's regional wastewater facilities. Mr. Fullagar, a licensed professional engineer and New Jersey T4 and W4 Licensed Operator, joined the Company in 1997, was named Assistant Vice President-Operations in January 2019 and promoted to Vice President-Operations in July 2019.
