Mr. Tyler Winklevoss is Gemini's Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, and has served as a director of Gemini since August 2025. From November 2021 until our initial public offering (IPO) in September 2025, Mr. Tyler Winklevoss served as a member of the board of managers of Gemini Space Station, LLC (Gemini LLC), our wholly-owned subsidiary. Mr. Tyler Winklevoss is also the Co-Founder and Principal of Winklevoss Capital Fund, LLC (WCF), a private investment firm he co-founded in 2012, which invests in a variety of asset classes with a focus on early-stage, technology startups. He graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2004 and received a Masters of Business Administration from the Said Business School at the University of Oxford in 2010. Together with his brother, Cameron, he represented the United States and finished sixth in the men's pair rowing event at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing, China. Mr. Winklevoss began participating in the digital asset space through direct investment in bitcoin in 2012.
