Mr. Moatazedi has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors, since May 2018. From December 2015 to May 2019, Mrs. Mitchell served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Zulily, an online retailer and subsidiary of Qurate Retail. Dr. Avelar has served as our Chief Medical Officer since January 2014 and was appointed to the additional position of Head of Research and Development in August 2018.
