On April 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., upon the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, appointed Andrew C. Chan, M.D., Ph.D., to the Board, effective April 23, 2026. Dr. Chan is a physician-scientist with extensive leadership experience in industry and academic medicine. He joined Genentech in 2001 and spent more than two decades with the company, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Research Biology from 2010 to 2025. In this role, he led biological research across all therapeutic areas, contributing to the development of several FDA-approved medicines for oncology, neurology and immunology.
