Girishchandra K. Saligram joined Weatherford as our President and CEO in October 2020. Before joining Weatherford, Mr. Saligram served Exterran Corporation, a global systems and process company offering solutions in the oil, gas, water and power markets, as Chief Operating Officer and previously as President, Global Services after joining the company in 2016. Prior to Exterran Corporation, Mr. Saligram spent 20 years with GE in positions of increasing responsibility as a functional and business leader in industry sectors across the globe, including his last position as General Manager, Downstream Products & Services for GE Oil & Gas. Prior to that, Mr. Saligram led the GE Oil & Gas Contractual Services business based in Florence, Italy. Before his eight years in the oil and gas sector, Mr. Saligram spent 12 years with GE Healthcare in engineering, services, operations, and other commercial roles. On April 22, 2025, the Company announced the appointment of Anuj Dhruv to serve as the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 21, 2025. Mr. Dhruv brings more than two decades of diverse experience in global finance, strategy, and transformation roles across the technology, energy, and chemicals industries. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance and Strategy for the Global Olefins and Polyolefins segment at LyondellBasell, where he was responsible for driving performance, investment strategies, and transformation initiatives across a 29B revenue segment. Mr. Dhruv's extensive background includes strategic leadership at Schlumberger and Microsoft, with a track record of optimizing financial performance, leading complex M&A transactions, and building high-performing teams.

Weatherholt, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of Weatherford International plc, since July 2020; Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Arena Energy, L.P., from September 2019 to July 2020; Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc., from February 2015 to August 2019.

Mr. Desmond J. Mills, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Weatherford International plc, since November 2021 (Interim Chief Financial Officer August 2022 to January 2023); Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Weatherford International plc, from March 2021 to November 2021; Segment Compliance Manager, Construction Industries Segment, Caterpillar Inc., from July 2020 to March 2021; Division Chief Financial Officer, Integrated Components and Solutions Division, Caterpillar Inc., from September 2018 to July 2020.On September 2, 2026, Desmond Mills notified Weatherford International plc of his decision to resign from his role of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Weatherford, effective October 16, 2026.

Charles M. Sledge previously served as the CFO of Cameron International Corporation, an oilfield services company, from 2008 until its sale to Schlumberger Limited in 2016. Prior to that, he served as the Corporate Controller of Cameron International Corporation from 2001 until 2008. He currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the board of directors of Noble Corporation plc, where he serves on the audit, nominating and governance and compensation committees. He also serves as a member of the board of directors for Talos Energy Inc., where he chairs the compensation committee and is a member of the nominating committee. He is also a member of the board of directors of New Fortress Energy, Inc., where he serves on the compensation committee. He previously served on the board of directors of Vine Energy, Inc. (which was acquired by Chesapeake Energy Corporation). Louisiana State University, B.S. in Accounting and Harvard Business School, Advanced Management Program. Mr. Kricorian, has served in various finance, treasury and controller roles at Weatherford for over 13 years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Treasurer since January 2026. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Treasurer from August 2022 to January 2026 and Assistant Treasurer from May 2021 to August 2022. Prior to assuming treasury leadership responsibilities, Mr. Kricorian held a number of senior finance and controller positions and, throughout his career, has held leadership roles in financial planning and analysis, operations finance and controllership, as well as public accounting. Mr. Kricorian is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Depinder Sandhu was appointed as an Officer to the Company with effect from 01st September 2026.
