Ms. Cohen became Chair of the Board on January 1, 2002. Prior to that date she had been elected Treasurer in September 1983, Vice President in May 1986, President in May 1989 and Chief Executive Officer in May 1994. She has been associated with the registrant since 1976. Prior to becoming an officer, she was Associate Resident Counsel and Assistant to the Treasurer.

Mr. Frederick was appointed a Board Director on May 16, 2023. Prior to that date he had been elected Corporate Secretary on November 17, 2009, Vice President on May 15, 2018, and Chief Operating Officer on December 11, 2018. He has been associated with the registrant since 2007 as an in-house attorney with expertise in litigation and intellectual property matters and in the capacity of General Counsel since January 2009. Prior to his employment with the registrant, Mr. Frederick was a litigation attorney with the firm Rider Bennett, LLP.

Mr. MacKenzie was elected Vice President of Sales on February 17, 2023. He has over 20-years of experience in the housewares/small appliance industry, and has held sales and management positions at Applica (Black & Decker), Focus Products, and Joseph Joseph. Prior to becoming an officer, he had most recently served the Company as its Director of Sales and in other capacities as its National Sales Manager and District Sales Manager. Mr. MacKenzie has been associated with the Company since 2016.

Mr. Peuse was elected Chief Financial Officer on November, 20 2025. Prior to that date, he served the registrant as Treasurer, Director of Financial Reporting, Controller, and in other capacities as Manager of General Accounting, Costing Manager, Business Systems Analyst, and Internal Auditor. Mr. Peuse has been associated with the registrant since 1996.

Mr. Randy F. Lieble, Director from December 2006 to August 2007 and December 2008 to present. Vice President from October 2004 to August 2007 and September 2008 to September 2019. Chief Financial Officer from November 1999 to August 2007 and September 2008 to September 2019. Treasurer from November 1995 to August 2007 and September 2008 to September 2019. Secretary from January 2009 to November 2009.

Mr. Patrick J. Quinn, Former Chairman and President, Ayres Associates, Inc., an engineering firm, from January 2001 and April 2000 respectively, until his retirement in December 2010. Director of certain funds of Wisconsin Capital Management (a regulated mutual fund company). Mr. Quinn serves as a director of Future Wisconsin Housing Fund, Inc. (non-profit housing owner/developer), and is a former director of the Eau Claire Community Foundation (non-profit).

Mr. Joseph G. Stienessen, Retired Certified Public Accountant. Self-employed as an accounting advisor and consultant since July 2007. Former principal with Larson, Allen, Weishair and Company, LLP, a CPA firm, from October 2004 to July 2007; prior to November 2003, Managing Partner of Stienessen, Schlegel and Company, LLC.

On May 19, 2026, the Company appointed Shane A. Straw, Sr., 55, as its new Vice President of Engineering effective May 19, 2026. Mr. Straw had been the Housewares/Small Appliance segment's Director of Engineering since July 2025. Prior to joining Presto, he was the Executive Director of Engineering at Springs Windows Fashion in Madison, WI, and successively at Lippert Automotive in Eau Claire, WI, Director - Engineering and Supplier Quality, Director - Manufacturing Engineering and Quality, Director - Engineering and Testing, Director of Production.
