Mr. Todd R. Gleason, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of CECO Environmental Corp since July 2020. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Scientific Analytics Inc., a predictive analytic technologies and services company, from April 2015 to July 2020. He held multiple roles at Pentair plc., including Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer from January 2013 to March 2015, President, Integration and Standardization from January 2010 to January 2013, and Vice President, Global Growth and Investor Relations from June 2007 to January 2010. He also served as Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations at American Standard Companies Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer, Honeywell Process Solutions at Honeywell International Inc. Other Directorships: NSF (a leading non-profit public health and safety organization)

Peter Johansson has served as SVP, Chief Financial Officer since August 2022. From April 2020 to August 2022, Mr. Johansson had been an independent strategy and business development consultant and joined CECO as a consultant in October 2021. From June 2014 through March 2020, he was EVP, Strategy, Corporate Development & Marketing for Accudyne Industries, LLC (Accudyne), where he was responsible for the formulation and execution of growth, value creation, business development, product line, and M&A strategies, and deployment of a product-line based operating model for an industry-leading portfolio of industrial air and gas compressors, broad pump solutions, rotary mixers, and valves. Prior to joining Accudyne, Mr. Johansson led the corporate, product-line, and M&A growth strategy and implementation of a differentiated business line operating model for IDEX Corporation. He has also held senior business, strategic business development, commercial, and engineering leadership roles with ITT Inc., Trane Technologies PLC, WABCO Holdings, Inc., and Honeywell International, Inc. and its predecessor AlliedSignal Inc. Mr. Johansson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University of Dallas, Texas. He received his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Fullerton, and his MBA from UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Richard F. Wallman, Professional Experience Served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Honeywell International, Inc. Also previously served on the board of directors of Charles River Laboratories International, Inc., Spirit Airlines, Inc., SmileDirectClub, and Extended Stay America, Inc., all publicly traded companies in the United States. Other Directorships: Roper Technologies, Inc.

Ms. Laurie A. Siegel, Professional Experience He serves as President of LAS Advisory Services since 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Internal Communications at Tyco International Ltd. from 2003 to 2012. He also served as Vice President of Human Resources-Specialty Materials at Honeywell International, Inc., and previously served on the board of directors of California Resources Corporation and Volt Information Sciences, Inc. Other Directorships: Factset Research Systems, Inc.

Ms. Valerie Gentile Sachs, Professional Experience She served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of OM Group, Inc from 2005 to 2015, and also served on the boards of directors and acted as Managing Director of numerous U.S. and non-U.S. entities affiliated with OM Group. She also served as General Counsel at Marconi plc. Other Directorships: NACCO Industries, Inc.

Mr. Robert E. Knowling, Jr, Professional Experience He has served as Chairman of Eagles Landing Partners since 2009, a firm specializing in helping senior management formulate strategy, lead organizational transformations, and re-engineer businesses. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Telwares from 2005 to 2009. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the New York City Leadership Academy, an independent nonprofit corporation chartered with developing the next generation of principals in the New York City public school system, from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SimDesk Technologies, a computer software company, from 2001 to 2003, and as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Covad Communications, a Warburg Pincus private equity-backed start-up company. He has previously served on the board of directors of Citrix Systems Inc., Rite-Aid Corporation, Roper Technologies Inc. and HP. Other Directorships: Stride, Inc., Rocket Software and Stream Companies.

Mr. Munish Nanda, Professional Experience He served as President of Americas & Europe of Watts Water Technologies, Inc., a global manufacturer of plumbing, heating, and water quality products, from 2015 to 2023. He served as President of Control Technologies for ITT Corporation from April 2011 to March 2015, and as Group Vice President of ITT Corporation's Fluid and Motion Control Group from April 2008 to April 2011. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nanda held several operating leadership and general management positions with Thermo Fisher Scientific Corporation, Honeywell International Inc. and W.L. Gore & Associates.

Mr. Mannarino, Professional Experience Sette CS Inc ; He has served as President of Sette CS Inc., a management consulting firm, since 2015. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of API Technologies Corp from June 2014 to November 2015, and held various senior-level management roles throughout API's finance organization. He also served as API's Senior Vice President, Finance from January 2010 to June 2014, and as its Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance from November 2006 to January 2010. Prior to that, he served as Controller for two business units at Transcontinental, Inc., a Canadian publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The Board appointed Marcus J. George, each of whom served as a member of the board of directors of Thermon immediately prior thereto, as directors of the Company to fill the two newly created vacancies on the Board.

The Board appointed Victor L. Richey, who had served as a member of the Board of Directors of Thermon immediately prior thereto, as a director of the Company to fill one of the two newly created vacancies on the Board.

The Company also announced on June 29, 2023 the appointment of Kiril Kovachev as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer, effective September 1, 2023. Prior to September 1, 2023, Mr. Kovachev will serve as the Company's Vice President, Global Controller. From 2014 to the present, Mr. Kovachev was employed by Lennox International Inc., where he served as Senior Director, Corporate Accounting and Consolidations from 2018 to 2023; Senior Director, Worldwide Refrigeration Segment from 2016 to 2018; Senior Director, Global Business Processes, Residential and Commercials Segments from 2015 to 2016; and Senior Director, Global Controller Worldwide Refrigeration Segment from 2014 to 2015. Before joining Lennox International, Mr. Kovachev spent ten years in accounting, finance and reporting leadership roles at Celanese Corp. and IBM Corp. Mr. Kovachev also spent six years in public accounting, most recently as Audit Manager in Deloitte & Touche's Assurance Practice.

Alyson Gregory Richter has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since January 2026. Ms. Richter has been with the Company since 2020, and has served in various roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Associate Counsel and Director of Corporate Compliance. Prior to joining the Company, she served in various roles with Project Transformation North Texas and Alon USA Energy, Inc., as well as with the law firms of Taber Estes Thorne & Carr, Koons Fuller, and Vinson and Elkins. Ms. Richter received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin, and Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law.
