Mr. Frantz has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since September 2025. From April 2017 to February 2025, Mr. Frantz served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Summit Materials, Inc., a public company specializing in the production of aggregates and cement. Mr. Frantz served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Intrepid Potash, Inc., a public company focused on delivering potassium, magnesium, sulfur, salt, and water products, from August 2014 to June 2015. He also served as Intrepid Potash, Inc.'s Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from July 2010 to February 2012, Vice President-Finance from February 2012 to August 2014 and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from July 2015 to April 2017. From October 2008 to July 2010, Mr. Frantz served as Chief Financial Officer of Honnen Equipment Company, a private company specializing in selling and leasing construction equipment. Prior to that, Mr. Frantz served as Chief Financial Officer of DWF Wholesale Florists Company, a national wholesale florist and held various positions at RE/MAX International, Inc., a private company engaged in the franchising of real estate brokerage businesses, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Janine A. Davidson, PhD Director

On April 10, 2026, the Board of Directors of York Space Systems Inc appointed Janine A. Davidson as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Dr. Davidson, age 59, has served as president of the Metropolitan State University of Denver since July of 2017. From March 2016 through January 2017, she served as the 32nd undersecretary of the United States Navy. Dr. Davidson's prior professional experience includes: Senior Fellow, Defense Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations from January 2014 through March 2016, adjunct Professor at Georgetown University from January 2015 through May 2015, Assistant Professor at George Mason University from August 2012 to January 2014, and various civilian policy positions in the Department of Defense from April 2009 through March 2012. Dr. Davidson began her career as an Air Force Officer, global cargo pilot and aviation and aerobatics flight instructor with the U.S. Air Force Academy. Currently, Dr. Davidson serves on the board of directors of UMB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: UMBF), a financial investment management company that provides services for individuals and institutions. Dr. Davidson also serves on the Kansas City Federal Reserve's Advisory Counsel and is a fellow in the National Academy of Public Administration and a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Dr. Davidson earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Arts and Ph.D. in international studies from the University of South Carolina.

Andrew Boyd has served as our director since the completion of our IPO. Since March 2025, Mr. Boyd has been an Operating Partner at AE Industrial Partners. Mr. Boyd currently serves as a director and the Chief Executive Officer of REDLattice, Inc. and on the board of directors of Censys, Inc. He also currently holds positions as a CBS News Contributor, a consultant for Faze 2 Strategy, a Senior Advisor for Trellix and a Senior Advisor for Beacon Global Strategies. Mr. Boyd was an Adjunct Professor at John Hopkins University from September 2023 until December 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Boyd spent thirteen years at the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency in various roles, including Director of the Center for Cyber Intelligence from January 2020 to July 2023, Chief of Operations in the Counterterrorism Mission Center from August 2018 to January 2020, and Chief of Station from June 2017 to August 2018. Before that, Mr. Boyd spent over eleven years as a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State and five years as an Intelligence Officer for the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Boyd graduated with a B.S. in history from the United States Air Force Academy, and received a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the Catholic University of America and a Master of Science in Strategic Policy from the National War College.

Additionally, Ms. Erwin is also a member of the advisory council of Dublin-based Aptiv (NYSE: APTV), an advisor to the CEO of Cohesity, a Senior Fellow of Mission Possible Partnership, and a Champion of Journey to Lead, a nonprofit that works to advance diversity at the top of the private sector. Between June 2023 and April 2025, Ms. Erwin was an operating partner with UK-based infrastructure investment group Digital Gravity. Prior to that, Ms. Erwin held various positions at Verizon Communications, Inc. (NYSE: VZ), including as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon Business from April 2019 to September 2022, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Verizon Wireless from August 2016 to March 2019, and Senior Vice President and Group President, Wireline P&L Operations from February 2015 to August 2016. Since September 2023, General McConville has been an Operating Partner at AE Industrial Partners, and has served on the board of Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW) since October 2025 and on the board of BETA Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BETA) since October 2024. From August 2019 through August 2023, General McConville served as the 40th Chief of Staff of the United States Army, leading an organization of 1.2 million personnel, an annual budget of $185 billion and operations in over 140 countries around the globe. He led combat organizations from the platoon to the division level and was the longest serving commander of the famed 101st Airborne Division (AASLT). Additionally, General McConville is a Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center at Harvard University and a member of the Georgia Tech Research Institute External Advisory Council. General McConville earned a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Reggie Brothers has served as our director since the completion of our IPO. Dr. Brothers has served as a director of Leonardo DRS, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRS) since January 2023 and member of its Audit Committee, a Principal of MIT Lincoln Laboratory since July 2023 and an Operating Partner of AE Industrial Partners since October of 2022. Previously, Dr. Brothers served as CEO and director of BigBear.ai (NYSE: BBAI) from June 2020 to October 2022, Chief Technology Officer at Peraton Corporation from January 2018 to June 2020, and Principal at The Chertoff Group from January 2017 to January 2018. From April 2014 to February 2017, Dr. Brothers served as the Under Secretary for Science and Technology at the Department of Homeland Security.
