David M. Zaslav has served as President and CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. since the WarnerMedia Transaction closed on April 8, 2022. David M. Zaslav previously served as President and CEO of Discovery, Inc. (January 2007 until closing of WarnerMedia Transaction), President of Cable & Domestic Television and New Media Distribution of NBC Universal, Inc. (NBC) (2006), and EVP of NBC and President of NBC Cable (1999 to May 2006). David M. Zaslav currently serves on the boards of Grupo Televisa S.A.B. (since 2015) and Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (since 2013). David M. Zaslav previously served on the board of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (2015 to 2021).

Ms. Aiyar joined the Company as our Chief Legal Officer on February 24, 2025. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Aiyar served at American Airlines Group Inc., a global airline, as its Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer from September 2022 to February 2025, its Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer from January 2022 to September 2022, and its Senior Vice President and General Counsel from September 2019 to January 2022.

Mr. Perrette has served as our CEO and President of Global Streaming and Games since the closing of the WarnerMedia Merger on April 8, 2022. Prior to the closing, he served as President and CEO of Discovery International (formerly referred to as Discovery Networks International) from June 2016 until April 2022, and served as President of Discovery Networks International from March 2014 to June 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Perrette served as Discovery's Chief Digital Officer from October 2011 to February 2014.

Mr. Campbell has served as our Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer since the closing of the WarnerMedia Merger on April 8, 2022. Prior to the closing, he served as Discovery's Chief Development, Distribution and Legal Officer. Mr. Campbell has served in several senior executive roles at Discovery, including as Chief Distribution Officer from October 2015 to April 2022, Chief Development Officer from August 2010 to April 2022, General Counsel from December 2010 to April 2017, Digital Media Officer from August 2014 to October 2015 and President, Digital Media & Corporate Development from March 2007 to August 2010.

Mr. Wiedenfels has served as our Chief Financial Officer since the closing of the WarnerMedia Merger on April 8, 2022. Prior to the closing, Mr. Wiedenfels served as Discovery's Chief Financial Officer from April 2017 until April 2022.

Samuel A. Di Piazza, Jr. served as Vice Chairman of Global Corporate and Investment Bank at Citigroup, a financial services and investment bank (2011 to 2014), and as Global CEO of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited, a global leader in audit, tax and advisory services (2002 until his retirement in 2009). Samuel A. Di Piazza, Jr. also held various leadership roles including Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) (1973 to 2002). Samuel A. Di Piazza, Jr. currently serves on the board of ProAssurance Corporation (since 2016). Samuel A. Di Piazza, Jr. previously served on the boards of Regions Financial Corporation (2016 to 2023), Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (2015 to 2023), and AT&T, Inc. (2015 to 2022).

Joseph M. Levin has served as Executive Chairman (since 2025) and CEO (2022 to 2024) of Angi Inc., a leading platform for home services. Joseph M. Levin previously served as CEO of Search & Applications (2012 to 2015) and held multiple roles (2003 to 2012) at IAC Inc., a media and internet holding company, and as CEO of Mindspark Interactive Network (2009 to 2012). Joseph M. Levin currently serves on the boards of Angi Inc. (since 2017) and MGM Resorts International (since 2020). Joseph M. Levin previously served on the boards of IAC Inc. (2015 to 2025), Vimeo, Inc., as Chairman (2021 to 2023), and Match Group, Inc. (2015 to 2022).

Anthony J. Noto is CEO of SoFi Technologies, Inc., a large-cap digital financial services company (since 2018). Anthony J. Noto previously served as Chief Operating Officer (2016 to 2017) and Chief Financial Officer (2014 to 2017) of Twitter (now known as X), a leading digital and media information network, and as Partner (2010 to 2014) and Co-Head (2011 to 2014) of Global TMT Investment Banking, Goldman Sachs, a multinational investment bank. Anthony J. Noto currently serves on the boards of SoFi Technologies, Inc. (since 2021) and Franklin Resources, Inc. (since 2020). Anthony J. Noto has no prior public company directorships in the past five years.

Kenneth W. Lowe served as Chairman, President and CEO of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (2008 until the 2018 merger with Discovery, Inc.), President and CEO of The E.W. Scripps Company (2000 to 2008), and as Chairman, CEO and in various other roles at Scripps Networks (1980 to 2000). Kenneth W. Lowe has no current other public company directorships and no prior public company directorships in the past five years.

Fazal F. Merchant has served as President and CFO of Wiz, a cloud security company, acquired by Alphabet/Google in March 2026 (since 2025). Fazal F. Merchant served as Senior Advisor at Sixth Street Partners, a global investment firm (since 2023), and as Co-CEO (2019 until his retirement in 2020), COO & CFO (2017 to 2019) and Director (2019 to 2022) of Tanium, Inc., a subscription-based global cybersecurity and IT management company. Fazal F. Merchant also served as CFO of DreamWorks Animation SKG, an animation studio, acquired by Comcast in 2016 (2014 to 2016), and held several executive roles including SVP Corporate Development, Corporate Treasurer, and CFO of Latin America, DirecTV, acquired by AT&T in 2015 (2012 to 2014), as well as investment banking roles at Barclays Capital Inc., Royal Bank of Scotland and Ford Motor Company. Fazal F. Merchant has no current other public company directorships. Fazal F. Merchant previously served on the boards of Ryman Hospitality Properties (2017 to 2025) and Meritor, Inc. (2020 to 2022).

Geoffrey Y. Yang is Founding Partner and Managing Director of Redpoint Ventures, a global private equity and venture capital firm (since 1999). Geoffrey Y. Yang is also Founder, CEO and Director of Performance Health Sciences (d/b/a Apeiron Life), a health services business (since April 2018), and serves as Chair (since 2023), Vice Chair (2017 to 2022) and Director (since 2013) of United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. Geoffrey Y. Yang is Co-Founder and CEO of The Odds, LLC, a seed stage company (since 2022), and served as General Partner with Institutional Venture Partners, a private equity investment firm (1987 to 1999). Geoffrey Y. Yang currently serves on the board of Franklin Resources, Inc. (since 2011). Geoffrey Y. Yang previously served on the boards of AT&T Inc. (2016 to 2022) and Liberty Media Acquisition Corporation (2021 to 2022).

Daniel E. Sanchez maintained a private law practice, focused on tax planning and non-litigation areas (1990 until his retirement in 2021). Daniel E. Sanchez's prior service on the Discovery board (2017 to 2022) also provides the Board with his unique perspective and institutional knowledge. Daniel E. Sanchez currently serves on the boards of Liberty Latin America Ltd. (since 2019) and Liberty Global Ltd. (since 2022). Daniel E. Sanchez previously served on the board of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (2018 to 2022).

Anton J. Levy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Layer Global, a leading technology investment firm (since 2025). Anton J. Levy served as Co-President, Managing Director, and Global Head of Technology of General Atlantic Service Co. LP, a leading global growth equity firm (1998 to 2025). Anton J. Levy also served as a Director of Squarespace, Inc., a website building and hosting company (since 2013), and in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley (1996 to 1998). Anton J. Levy has no current other public company directorships. Anton J. Levy previously served on the board of Squarespace, Inc. (2021 to 2024).

Ms. Girdwood was appointed as our Chief People and Culture Officer on March 6, 2025. Prior to becoming our Chief People and Culture Officer, Ms. Girdwood served in several senior executive roles at the Company since joining in July 1993, including as Executive Vice President, People and Culture from February 2007 to March 2025 and was responsible for supporting the International and Streaming leadership and employee population.

Ms. Locke has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since the closing of the WarnerMedia Merger on April 8, 2022. Prior to the closing, Ms. Locke served as Discovery's Chief Accounting Officer from June 2019 to April 2022.

Mr. Zeiler has served as our President, International since the closing of the WarnerMedia Merger on April 8, 2022. Prior to the closing, Mr. Zeiler served as President of WarnerMedia International from August 2020 to April 2022 and prior to that, Chief Revenue Officer of WarnerMedia from March 2019 to August 2020. Mr. Zeiler was President of Turner Broadcasting System International from May 2012 to February 2019.
