On March 2, 2023, the Verizon Board of Directors appointed Anthony T. Skiadas, Verizon's Senior Vice President and Controller, to succeed as Verizon's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2023. Effective June 10, 2013, Anthony T. Skiadas, became Senior Vice President and Controller of Verizon Communications Inc.

Kyle Malady, Executive Vice President and President, Global Networks and Technology since 2022, prior position Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Kyle Malady is the EVP & President of Global Networks and Technology at Verizon leading more than 45,000 dedicated employees. His organization leads Verizon's efforts in building the 5G network, the platform for 21st century innovation. He is responsible for the nation's leading wireless network, the nation's largest residential fiber broadband service in FiOS, and a vast IP network serving global customers in over 145 countries, making up the Intelligent Edge Network. He is also responsible for VZ's product development including the development of Mobile Edge Compute. Additionally, he oversees the VZ Information Technology systems, including the digital transformation of customer and employee systems. Malady began his career in the late 80's as a cell site technician for NYNEX Mobile Communications, which became Bell Atlantic Mobile and turned into Verizon Wireless through mergers. During his tenure he has held a variety of positions in operations, planning, technology, engineering and finance. Most recently, Kyle was head of the Core Engineering and Operations organization within GN&T. There he was responsible for the planning, design and operation of Verizon's global voice, data and IP networks as well as the engineering and operation of the Intelligent Edge Network. Kyle has also served as Verizon's vice president of New Product Development, with responsibility for developing core technologies that enabled new products and services. Under his leadership, Verizon launched platforms such as VCast Music and Video, VZ Navigator, Push to Talk, VZ MobileWeb, the Verizon App Store and other platforms that served as the springboards for the next generation of wireless data services. He was instrumental in developing and commercializing 4G LTE. Malady is on the board of directors for both Dexcom and CTIA, the trade association representing the wireless communications industry. Previously he sat on the FCC Communications Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council. He is involved with Heartcare International- which funds free cardiac surgeries for children in developing countries. Kyle earned his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut and a MBA in Finance from New York University. Kyle is also an avid hockey player and fan. On March 2, 2023, the Verizon Board of Directors appointed Kyle Malady, Verizon's Executive Vice President and President - Global Networks & Technology, as Verizon's Executive Vice President and Group CEO - Verizon Business, effective immediately. On that day, Mr. Malady ceased to serve as Verizon's Executive Vice President and President - Global Networks & Technology.

Joe Russo is EVP & President of Global Networks and Technology (GN&T) at Verizon. The GN&T team is responsible for Verizon's technology and product development, and building, maintaining and securing the nation's leading wireless network, the nation's largest residential fiber broadband service in Fios, and a vast IP network serving global customers in over 120 countries. During his 27-year career, Joe led many teams including Core Engineering, Network Operations, Consumer Customer Service, Wholesale & Enterprise Service Delivery, and Northeast Field Operations.

Mary-Lee Stillwell is the Senior Vice President and Controller of the Company. Ms. Stillwell joined Verizon in August 2020 as Vice President - Accounting & External Reporting and began serving in her current role in May 2023. Prior to joining Verizon, Ms. Stillwell spent 17 years in senior leadership roles in the energy industry, including Chief Accounting Officer of Clearway Energy, Inc. from 2018 until 2020, and, prior to that, Vice President and Assistant Controller for NRG Energy, Inc.

Samantha Hammock is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company. Ms. Hammock joined Verizon in December 2020 as Senior Vice President of Global Talent and began serving in her current role in December 2021. Prior to joining Verizon, Ms. Hammock spent 14 years at the American Express Company, a globally integrated payments company and provider of credit and charge cards to consumers and businesses around the world, where she served as Head of Talent and Learning from April 2020 to December 2020, Chief Learning Officer from 2017 to April 2020, and Vice President, Leadership Strategy, from 2016 to April 2020.

Alfonso Villanueva Rodriguez is the Executive Vice President and Interim Group CEO - Verizon Consumer and Chief Transformation Officer. Mr. Villanueva Rodriguez joined the Company in November 2025 as Chief Transformation Officer. He began serving in his current role in February 2026. Prior to joining Verizon, Mr. Villanueva Rodriguez led Albar Court Ventures, a company focused on strategic investments in technology, since February 2024. Mr. Villanueva Rodriguez also served as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Corporate Development and Ventures of PayPal Holdings, Inc., from 2022 to February 2024, and Senior Vice President of Strategy, Corporate Development and Ventures, from 2015 to 2022.
