Stryker Corporation announced on December 4, 2025 that Spencer Stiles, who currently serves as Group President, Orthopaedics, has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective January 1, 2026. Spencer S. Stiles became group president, Orthopaedics and Spine on August 12, 2019. Spencer oversees our Joint Replacement, Trauma and Extremities, and Spine businesses as well as our Digital, Robotics and Enabling Technologies organization. Spencer began his career with us in 1999 and held progressive sales, marketing and general management roles within our Endoscopy, Spine and Instruments divisions. He served as general manager of our Communications business unit for three years, president of Spine for four years and president of Instruments for over three years. Most recently he served as group president, Neurotechnology, Instruments and Spine. Spencer has consistently driven our globalization efforts and was an important contributor to the design of our Transatlantic Operating Model. He has been instrumental in bringing several key acquisitions from concept through integration during his tenure. Spencer holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.

Mr. J. Andrew Pierce became Group President, MedSurg and Neurotechnology on August 12, 2019. Mr. J. Andrew Pierce oversees our Endoscopy, Instruments, Medical, Neurovascular, CMF and Sustainability Solutions divisions, as well as Healthcare Systems and Flex Financial. In his 23-year career with Stryker he has held various marketing, sales and product management roles in our Instruments and Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) divisions later moving into leadership positions within the CMF business. In 2008, Andy became the vice president and general manager of CMF, in 2009 vice president and general manager for our Surgical and Neuro Spine ENT business units, and in 2013 president of our Endoscopy division. Most recently, he served as group president, MedSurg. Andy graduated from Hope College where he holds a bachelor's degree in business, psychology and political science.

Preston W. Wells, currently serves as Vice President and group Chief Financial Officer for Orthopaedics, has been promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective April 1, 2025. He has been Vice President, Group Chief Financial Officer of Orthopaedics at the Company since July 2022. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Investor Relations from June 2020 to July 2022, Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis from June 2016 to June 2020 and Senior Director, Finance from October 2015 to June 2016. Before joining the Company, Mr. Wells had 17 years of accounting and financial management experience, holding finance leadership roles at Dialight Corporation and Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Wells graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and earned an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Lehigh University.

The Company has announced that Viju Menon has joined the Company as Group President, Global Quality and Business Operations effective April 30, 2018. Prior to joining Stryker in April 2018, Mr. Menon held various senior supply chain leadership roles with Verizon Communications Inc. during the previous eight years, most recently as the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Emily Baculik, who currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Controller, will also serve as chief accounting officer of the Company effective September 1, 2026. Ms. Baculik, age 46, has been Vice President, Corporate Controller at the Company since November 2024. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Finance for the Spine Division from September 2022 to November 2024 and Senior Director, Finance from June 2021 to September 2022. Ms. Baculik has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience with publicly traded companies and has prior experience in external financial reporting, technical accounting, compliance and controllership at Eaton, Rockwell Collins, Ingersoll Rand and U.S. Steel. Ms. Baculik graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in history and earned a master's degree in accounting from The Ohio State University.

Debra King became Vice President, Chief Digital Information Officer in May 2025. Debra is responsible for overseeing our global IT strategy and advancing digital innovation to enhance value for our customers. Prior to joining us, Debra served as the Chief Technology Officer at Bunge for two years and as the Chief Information Officer at Corteva, Inc., from 2017 - 2021. Prior to her executive leadership roles, Debra had extensive experience in driving technology strategy to deliver business value from her tenure at Pfizer, Inc., and by working across industry sectors in technology consulting. Debra holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Yeshiva University. Debra has served on numerous advisory boards, including being a former board member of the non-profit organization, NPower.

M. Kathryn (Katy) Fink was named Vice President, Global Human Resources, in January 2016. Ms. Fink is responsible for all human resources policies, practices, planning, direction and activities, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards and HR Shared Services. Ms. Fink began her career with Stryker in 2013 as Vice President, Talent Management and was promoted in 2015 to Vice President, Human Resources, MedSurg and Neurotechnology Group. Prior to joining Stryker, she held a number of HR roles of increasing scope and complexity at Cintas Corporation, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Ms. Fink holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kenyon College and Master's degree in human resource management (HRM) at Rutgers' School of Management and Labor Relations.

Dylan Crotty, who currently serves as President, Instruments, has been promoted to succeed Mr. Stiles as Group President, Orthopaedics effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Crotty, age 49, has served as President, Instruments since 2018. Throughout his 27-year career at the Company, Mr. Crotty has held leadership roles across MedSurg and Neurotechnology as well as Trauma & Extremities and Europe. Mr. Crotty graduated from Hope College with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

On March 25, 2019, Stryker Corporation announced that Robert Fletcher will be joining the Company as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer effective April 22, 2019. Prior to joining Stryker in April 2019, Mr. Fletcher held various legal leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson for the previous 14 years, most recently as the Worldwide Vice President, Litigation.

Kim Montagnino became Vice President, Chief Communications Officer in April 2025. Kim is responsible for leading global communications, corporate marketing and public affairs strategies that elevate our position as a global medical technology leader and support commercial growth. Kim joined Stryker in June 2024 as Vice President, Global Communications. Throughout her career, she has developed deep leadership expertise in managing complex public issues and driving marketing and communication strategies that deliver business results. Prior to Stryker, Kim spent eight years with Johnson & Johnson where she held multiple corporate affairs leadership roles spanning the MedTech, consumer and corporate sectors. Before Johnson & Johnson, Kim led communication strategies for pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer goods clients at global communications firms. Kim earned a bachelor's degree in communications from James Madison University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
