Michael Fitzharris has served as President, QVC US since March 2022 and as Chief Operating Officer of the QVC Group (formerly Qurate Retail Group) since January 2025, and, effective April 1, 2025, will be considered the Company's principal operating officer. Mr. Fitzharris began his career at QVC in 1997 and rejoined in April 2012, holding various senior executive roles, including President, HSN from January 2018 through March 2022. Mike Fitzharris, the Company's President of QVC US Brand and Chief Operating Officer, will transition to the role of President of QVC International and Chief Operations Officer, following which he will no longer serve as President of QVC US Brand in the spring of 2027.

Ann Mather was appointed to the board as a director with effect from 06th August 2026. Ann Mather is the former Chief Financial Officer of Pixar and experienced public company director, including service on the Boards of Netflix, Alphabet, Airbnb and Pattern Group, and as Board Chair of Bumble.

Bill Wafford has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the Company. Mr. Wafford has been Chief Financial Officer of QVC, Inc. since joining in March 2023, and, since April 2024, has also been Chief Administrative Officer of QVC, Inc. Mr. Wafford was previously chief financial officer of Everlane from 2022 until joining QVC, Inc. and, prior to that, was chief financial officer of JCPenney from 2019 until 2021. Mr. Wafford is a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of Jushi Holdings Inc.

James A. Marcum was appointed to the board as a director with effect from 06th August 2026. James A. Marcum is the Executive Chair and former Chief Executive Officer of David's Bridal and a seasoned retail executive.

Eve DelSoldo was named General Counsel, QVC Groupin August 2023. In this role, Eve oversees QVC Group's Legal shared services department, including the advertising compliance, transactional, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, litigation, labor & employment, international legal, government affairs, and privacy, ethics & compliance teams.Eve has been with QVC Group for more than 13 years and has held a number of leadership roles within the Legal team. Most recently, as Deputy General Counsel, Eve successfully oversaw the company's Legal department on an interim basis. Eve joined QVC in 2010 as Director, Associate General Counsel, supporting the Technology function. She was later promoted to Vice President, General Counsel for Global IT and IP for QVC and HSN. In 2019, she took on the role of Vice President, General Counsel for QVC and HSN Commerce, where she became a valued partner and led efforts around the brands' retail pricing practices. Prior to joining QVC, Eve spent 11 years in private practice, providing legal services related to e-commerce/IT transactions, M&A, financial services, and securities/private equity.Eve has a JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Columbia University's Barnard College. Eve DelSoldo will assume CLO roles effective May 13, 2025.

Effectiev 06th August 2026, Michael George was appointed to the board as Chairman and the Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. George served as the President of Old QVC Group from November 2005 through March 2018 and as its Chief Executive Officer from April 2006 through March 2018. In 2018, he was named Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Interactive, which was subsequently renamed Qurate Retail, Inc., a position he held through September 2021. Mr. George previously held various positions with Dell, Inc. from March 2001 to November 2005, most notably as the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President and General Manager of Dell's U.S. consumer business. Prior to that, he was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company and led the firm's North American Retail Industry Group. Mr. George previously served on the board of directors of Brinker International and Qurate Retail, Inc. and chaired the board of directors of the National Retail Federation. He currently serves on the board of directors of AutoZone and Ralph Lauren, both public companies, and serves on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations.

Jason Lee Horowitz was appointed to the board as a director with effect from 06th August 2026. Jason Lee Horowitz is the former Global Head of Marketing and Media at Mattel

David Charles Boone was appointed to the board as a director with effect from 06th August 2026. David Charles Boone is the Chief Executive Officer of The Michaels Companies and former Interim Chief Executive Officer of Essendant and former Chief Executive Officer of Staples Canada.

Jonathan Seth Zinman was appointed to the board as a director with effect from 06th August 2026. Jonathan Seth Zinman is the Managing Member of JZ Advisors LLC and former Managing Director at Silver Point Capital.
