From 2009 through October 2012, Mr. Sakys held several positions with The Berry Company, LLC, and its predecessor company, Local Insight Regatta Holdings, Inc., most recently as its Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. From 2001 to 2009, Mr. Sakys was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Isonics Corporation, a NASDAQ listed company based in the Denver area. From September 2000 to April 2001, Mr. Sakys was the Controller of AuraServ Communications. From July 1998 to September 2000, Mr. Sakys was Director of Financial Reporting for Media One, Inc. From December 1994 to July 1998, Mr. Sakys was an audit manager at Ernst and Young LLP. Mr. Sakys received his Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Brian Archbold joined Mesa in January 2018 as Senior Vice President, Continuous Improvement. From January 2015 to 2018, Mr. Archbold worked for Quadion LLC, a global manufacturer of medical and automotive components, as Vice President of Global Operations. From September 2012 to January 2015, Mr. Archbold was Director of Operations for Beckman Coulter, part of the Danaher Corporation. Prior to Danaher, Brian was with Thermo Fisher Scientific where he held various senior leadership positions of progressive responsibility in Operations. Mr. Archbold began his career with IBM in Supply Chain Management. Mr. Archbold has a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and his MBA from Michigan State University.
John J. Sullivan, Ph.D. was appointed Chairman of the Board upon his retirement from his position as Mesa's Chief Executive Officer and President in September 2017. Dr. Sullivan joined us in October 2004 in the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer in 2009. Previously, Dr. Sullivan held leadership positions in Research and Development, Sales and Marketing Management, and Business Development at Varian, Inc., a major analytical instrument manufacturer, in addition to serving as a research scientist at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and as an analytical chemist at BioMed Research Labs. Dr. Sullivan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western Washington University in 1976 and a Ph.D. degree in Food Science from the University of Washington in 1982.
Tony Tripeny was appointed as a director on June 23, 2022. Throughout his 36 years with Corning, Incorporated, Mr. Tripeny held various, progressive leadership roles in the areas of corporate accounting and finance, including Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer and was appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2015 and retired from that position in 2022. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Shannon Hall was appointed as a director on May 11, 2020. Ms. Hall currently serves on the Board of one privately held company. Additionally, she has worked as an investor and advisor to multiple early-stage startups, primarily in the life sciences industry since 2018, and she co-founded Pow.Bio in 2019. For 25 years, she worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories in progressive roles, including over ten years in executive leadership roles. She led core businesses at Bio-Rad Laboratories, creating effective leadership teams and improving sales growth and margins in her organizations. Ms. Hall received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the College of Saint Benedict.
Jennifer Alltoft was appointed as a director on March 4, 2019. Ms. Alltoft had a 32-year career at Pfizer, Inc., where she held multiple positions in Research and Development, Sales and Marketing, and General Management, including Global Leadership of Pfizer Inc.'s Biosimilar Division during 2019. Ms. Alltoft led Business Development and Commercialization at Sumitovant Biopharma from 2021 to June 2023 and is currently Head of Commercial Strategy and Market Development for Sumitomo Pharma America. Ms. Alltoft received a Higher National Certificate in Applied Biology from Bromley College in 1989, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from North East Surrey College of Technology in 1992.

Mr. Capone most recently served as CEO and President of Myriad Genetics for five years. Prior to his appointment as CEO and President, he held various progressive leadership roles at Myriad Genetics, with a total tenure of 17 years at the company. During his leadership tenure, he oversaw Myriad Genetics' growth from an early-stage pioneer in molecular diagnostics into a leading global precision medicine company. Prior to his tenure at Myriad Genetics, Mr. Capone spent 17 years with Eli Lilly and Company in positions across the entire value chain. In addition to his executive leadership positions, Mr. Capone is a Non-Executive Director and member of the Compensation Committee for of Owlstone Medical Ltd, a breath biopsy diagnostic company focused on early detection of cancer and precision medicine, and a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee and Financing Committee of DermTech, a U.S. based company focused on early melanoma detection and other skin applications. Previously, Mr. Capone was a director at Abcam PLC, helping to guide that company through its acquisition by Danaher Corporation. Mr. Capone holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a M.Sc. in Management and a M.Sc.in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
On June 11, 2026, the board of directors of Mesa Laboratories, Inc. approved the appointment of Lyndsey Crennen as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, effective as of June 26, 2026 Employment Agreement date. Ms. Crennen, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and related roles. Ms. Crennen joined Mesa in 2018 as Assistant Controller and has held progressive accounting roles at the Company, including serving as Corporate Controller since 2022. Prior to joining Mesa, Ms. Crennen worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., where she led the internal audit function from 2012 to 2014 and subsequently oversaw technical accounting and financial reporting through 2018. Dr. Kadia is an experienced executive with over 20 years in the life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology sectors. Since January 2025, Dr. Kadia has served as Chief Executive Officer of Calibre Scientific, a diversified global provider of life science reagents, tools, instruments, and other consumables to the lab research, diagnostics and biopharmaceutical communities. From March 2022 to August 2023, he served as Chief Executive Officer of PhenomeX and its predecessor Berkeley Lights until its acquisition by Bruker Corporation. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Chief Executive Officer of EAG Laboratories. From 2005 to 2014, he served in various roles at Life Technologies (formerly Invitrogen Corporation), including President of the company's Life Sciences Division, until the company was acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific. Dr. Kadia began his career at consultancy firm McKinsey & Company, where he worked from 2001 to 2005. Dr. Kadia holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he was honored with the David Israel Macht Award for Excellence in Research, and a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University.
