Michael R. Evans joined our company in January 2020 as the President of Marcus Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Evans was the Chief Executive Officer of Apex Capital Ventures LLC, a real estate company that he founded in 2017 to focus on the development and acquisition of hotels, resorts, and branded residences. Evans previously served as Chief Operating Officer for MGM Hospitality, a division of MGM Resorts International.
Chad M. Paris joined our company in October 2021 as Corporate Controller and Treasurer. Mr. Paris was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer effective May 15, 2022, following the retirement of Douglas A. Neis. Prior to joining The Marcus Corporation, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Jason Group, Inc., formerly Jason Industries, Inc. (Jason Group), a Milwaukee-based global manufacturing company, from August 2017 to April 2021. Prior to joining Jason Group in June 2014, Mr. Paris was an Audit Senior Manager at the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP, beginning his career in finance with the firm in August 2005.

Ms. Gehl's extensive executive-level experience in the food service and hospitality industries and board of directors experience led to our conclusion that she should serve as a director of the Company.
Timothy E. Hoeksema, Retired chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Midwest Air Group, Inc. (commercial airline carrier). Mr. Hoeksema's long-standing service on our board and his experience as the chief executive officer for many years at one of the nation's most recognized service-oriented national travel carriers and his experience in the travel industry led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company.
Philip L. Milstein, Principal of Ogden CAP Properties, LLC (real estate and investments) and former co-chairman of Emigrant Savings Bank (savings bank). Mr. Milstein's long-standing service on our board of directors and his financial expertise and experience led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company.
Allan H. Selig, Chief executive officer of Selig Leasing Co., Inc. (automobile leasing agency) and Commissioner Emeritus of Major League Baseball. Mr. Selig's long-standing service on our board and his experience as commissioner of Major League Baseball has led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company.(4)

Ramirez, President and CEO of HUSCO International (global engineering and manufacturing company) since 2017, and White House Fellow on the National Economic Council in Washington D.C from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Ramirez' extensive experience in executive leadership, board membership and community engagement led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company.(6)
Bruce J. Olson, Our retired senior vice president and retired president of Marcus Theatres. Mr. Olson's long-standing service on our board and extensive experience gained while leading our theatre division led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company.

Mr. Leff's extensive experience as a director and in the investment industry and financial markets led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company.
Mr. David John Marcus, Managing director and chief executive officer of Marcus Investments since 2006. Prior to forming Marcus Investments, Mr. Marcus was the Managing Partner with Bridgenet/Netrox, a leading provider of Internet and network solutions to businesses in South Florida. Mr. Marcus' extensive experience as a director and his experience in the investment and service industries led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company.(1)(2)
Jeffry F. Tomachek, Chief Financial Officer of Marcus Theatres, was promoted to President of Marcus Theatres with effect from 01 May, 2026. Tomachek began his career at Marcus Theatres in 1998 as division controller. Over nearly three decades with the company, Tomachek was promoted into various roles with increasing leadership responsibility in areas such as accounting, finance, design, construction, real estate, food and beverage strategy, and marketing. In 2020, he was named executive vice president and chief financial officer. Earlier in his career, Tomachek was director of finance at Golden Books Family Entertainment in Racine, Wisconsin. Tomachek holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA from Marquette University. He is actively involved in the National Association of Theatre Owners of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan and a supporter of several local organizations such as Variety - The Children's Charity of Wisconsin.
