Domenic Di Sisto has been Docebo's Chief Legal Officer since September 2022. Mr. Di Sisto began his law career in 2004 with the law firm of McCarthy Tetrault LLP in its Business Law group in Toronto. He has extensive experience leading publicly traded companies on corporate/commercial transactions, including corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, and providing counsel on complex legal, commercial, governance, and compliance matters.
